One of the co-owners helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. The entire ambiance felt like I was staying in a new friend's home for the Christmas holiday. And the room was already warm when I entered it. They ancticipated every need! The bed was quite comfy. And the bedding was TOP NOTCH. One suggestion: An ambient night light or sensor would help guide sleepy people to the toilet without needing to turn a light on.
