checking in and out staff were wonderful room floor and furniture were clean breakfast was okay majority of clientele were wonderful except for 2 children on the 2nd floor using the hall as their own playground for screaming, running loudly and banging doors..i didn't complain to the staff because i felt that was the parent's responsibility to teach courtesy and respect for other people in a public facility location was perfect

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the listing on Hotels.com advised this hotel had a pool. with it being so hot, I was disappointed. The management needs to update the web since this has been the case for several years I was told.

The first room we got there was water on the floor. Apparently someone let the fridge defrost. The staff moved us right away. The second room had an issue with water leaking in the bathroom after a shower. The staff took care to mitigate the issue. Staff was great. Obviously some water problems at the hotel.

Would not stay there again. Two different times police cars showed up and entered the hotel. It seems like a low budget option for out of town laborers. We had nonissues with the staff or other guests. Theresa at the front desk was friendly. The most off putting thing was the offensive smells all over the hotel, including strong food smells in the guest floors. The room itself was fairly comfortable however the furniture showed significant wear and the sheets would have benefited from fabric softener.

During our overnight stay, they were two separate police required events. I do not know the specific details. When I arrived, about 10-15 young men were outside smoking and talking at the entrance of the building. Shortly after, when my brother-in-law arrived to meet me and my husband, there was multiple police cars outside. The one entrance of the parking was blocked off with police cars. Not sure the two are related but the young men were gone. Then during the night, we were awaken to flashing lights in our room. Outside the front of our hotel were three police cars and an ambulance. Again, not sure the specific details; however, our overall stay left us feeling unsafe. On a positive note, the front desk staff were super helpful and responsive.
