“Everything was absolutely perfect! Village location that’s not too difficult to get to via car. Private car park directly across the street from the hotel. Bus stop right down the road in Crumplehorn. Full breakfast included in the rate. Spotless, comfy rooms with daily housekeeping. Teas and coffees, etc. in the room and refreshed daily with housekeeping. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan...

“This was our second stay at Fowlescombe Farm and it only reinforced our view that it is one of the most special places to stay in the UK. This time we stayed in the Pond Suite, which was every bit as beautifully designed and comfortable as our previous accommodation, with lovely views across the surrounding countryside. Being one of just three rooms within the Farmhouse, we particularly enjoyed having direct access to the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and the cosy lounge areas...

“The breakfast was good, and the people running it were nice and the breakfast room was pretty. Unfortunately that's where it ends, it didn't feel like a B&B, but like a hostel, the shower and bathroom were very dirty and absolutely tiny, it was nigh-on impossible to get into the shower the space was so small. I was also not given good information about which toilet to use (as in, I was told to use one which I later found out in the middle of the night was locked and I had to roam around to find...

“We were on the 3rd floor twin room,found last set of stairs narrow and very steep 60+ room small. Breakfast excellent staff great”
