Modernes Hotel

Das Zimmer war ok. Leider gab es am Sonntag kein Frühstück, die Frühstückszeiten waren an der unbesetzten Rezeption nur von Montag bis Freitag ausgewiesen. Unsere Buchung war allerdings mit Frühstück bestätigt.

Nicht wirklich saubere Zimmer

Dieses Hotel ist super gelegen, preislich für die Schweiz auch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel wirbt mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung, Haartrockner auf dem Zimmer... Wir waren für 3 Nächte (Donnerstag bis Sonntag) Toiletten wurden nicht geputzt, Müll nicht ausgeleert, Waschbecken nicht geputzt (trotz Schild außerhalb an der Türe "bitte Zimmer reinigen". Als wir Abends kamen (17 Uhr) war das Schild immer noch draußen. Lediglich die Bettdecken wurden zusammen gelegt und Handtücher neue gebracht. Also wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr nutzen. Für 1 Nacht OK aber nicht länger. Schade...

Zeer mooi en goed hotel.

Zeer mooie.en ruime kamers. Mooie badkamer met douche. Alleen spijtig dat de bar NIET open was in het weekend. Vlotte incheck.

The room and the hotel are fine taking into consideración the price. The problem is that there were mosquitoes in my room (113). I had to killer 4 during the night and couldnt sleep. I wouldnt go there again.

No front desk attendant, as advertised. Did not read fine print stating hotel needed a call 24 hours in advance. Did not receive email with key lock box code. Called afternoon of arrival and no answer and no ability to leave a verbal message. Had difficulty contacting someone after arriving at the property in the evening. Fortunately a guy showed up for some unrelated reason and was able to get our room key from the lock box after we fully explained our situation. The advertised breakfast was a "buffet". However, there was no buffet and no coffee bar as shown in the pictures. Waitress spoke 0% English. Another dining customer had to interpret for us with her. She brought us each a single croissant, a small roll, jelly packet, butter packet, orange juice, and coffee. The customer interpreter said she stated that this was the standard offering and that eggs or anything else would be at an additional price. Room and shower were comfortable. However, I will not consider this brand of property again due to the numerous check-in inconveniences and the false advertisement of a breakfast buffet with photos of a coffee bar/station. Someone owes me 2 buffet breakfasts which is what I agreed to in the price that I paid.

Dieses Hotel gehört auf eine schwarze Liste

Im Bad waren in der Toilette noch die flüssigen Hinterlassenschaften (Urin) des Vormieters. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Autobahn ist akustisch, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu überhören. Einen Zimmerservice gibt es nicht, der Gast muss sich sein Bett selber machen. Es gibt keine Rezeption, den Schlüssel findet man in einer Box (via Code über SMS). Als Nachbar hat das Hotel einen Reiterhof. In der Nacht vom 22/23.06.18 wurde gefeiert (laute Musik bis 04:00 Uhr). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unter aller Sau. Ein Auffenthalt in diesem Haus ist in keiner Weise zu empfehlen.
