Hot tub was hot but jets were in the weak side. Not a lot of power. Room lights are too dim. Hard to read and the bathroom needs a makeup mirror because light is so dim. Shower head could be replaced too. Over all clean and comfortable bed. Decent hot breakfast but if gluten free not a lot of options.

While experience was excellent. Victor was so personable, friendly and proficient at check in. Also observed his interaction with others as we saw another family check in. Breakfast was amazing! Such vast selections and good food. REALLY appreciate the gluten free udi’s bagel…. And offering soy milk. Mr granddaughter has allergies so that was thoughtful. Thank you.

Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. If traveling with kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They do not offer early check in or late check out which is unfortunate. Breakfast was great the staff in there were friendly. Front desk staff were not overly friendly.

Rooms are dated-and housekeeping was less than expected- we came back in the evening and the beds weren’t made and towels had just been plopped on the counter (not enough towels for our family).
