Rooms are dated-and housekeeping was less than expected- we came back in the evening and the beds weren’t made and towels had just been plopped on the counter (not enough towels for our family).

The wait at the desk to check in took a while. The elevator was broken down, so had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room was freezing when I walked in.
