Staff was fantastic and so was the lobby. The sleeping rooms are horrible. Need to be totally gutted and redone. Holes in walls, peeling paint, door not secure- locks not secure.

November house search.

All I wanted was a bed, a shower and access to restaurants in the area, and that’s what I got. Nothing more, nothing less, and the hosts were very friendly, gracious and accommodating!

Simple, no frills hotel. Rooms are clean and fairly good size. No elevator so be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. Breakfast is basically just DIY waffles, and there’s not really a dining space other than a single table with a few chairs. Microwave and fridge in room. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows — but they were extremely thin. If I had it to do again, I’d bring my own. Hangers for clothing but I don’t recall an iron or ironing board. Thankfully, I had my steamer. No bag for dirty clothes. Again, thankfully I’d brought my own. Walls are thin, so I could hear children in nearby rooms and in the hallway. Thankfully, everyone quieted down at night, and it wasn’t a problem. Hotel permits smoking but my room was non-smoking and smelled clean. One of the few places in the area with interior doors (versus rooms that are open to the parking area), and I felt reasonably safe as a woman traveling alone.

Like that you must have key card to enter hallway where rooms are. Double secure that way. Clerk was very nice too. We were told at hospital that we had picked the best motel in town. Convenient to Walmart, Dollar Tree and restaurants as well.Would stay there again!

Very positive comfortable stay

Very pleasant stay - good value for the price. Beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Delightful staff at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet and my husband and I slept well. I am sometimes dubious about economy hotels but this one definitely was a positive experience. 100% will stay again when I return to Franklin VA on business. Thank you hotel staff for your hospitality and kindness!

Price was very affordable. There's no coffee maker in the room. If you need an iron and ironing board you have to ask the front desk. My only complaint would be you have to set up a hot spot through your phone using the hotels wifi to access the channels on the smart TV.

The staff was great and the heater worked excellent. We stayed in a room where the washer and dryer was directly across the hall and was in use most of the night and I mean from 11pm to 4am and it loud. This sleep was not possible. We just finally got up and hit the road.

This property does not have an elevator! There is a $10.00 fee for early check in before 3pm. The receptionist was helpful. My room was clean. There is no ice bin on the second floor! I’m not complaining but they should update their website to reveal this information.

The location was very accessible to the area. The staff was very courteous and professional. My biggest complaint is the room was not clean. There was pubic hair on the toilet and what appeared to be a candy wrapper on the floor under the desk. Fortunately, since Covid when I travel I bring my own cleaning supplies and cover sheets. I will not stay here again.

The front-desk admin during check in was jovial, personable, good fun to talk with after a long day's motorbike ride. She also told me where I could park my bike to keep it out of the rain. Such consideration is exemplary customer service. To boot, the room was clean, recently appointed, quiet, and bed was comfortable.
