Highly recommend this hotel, a wonderful location with delightful staff. The rooms were beautiful with extremely conformable beds; the bar downstairs was always a great spot with nice service. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to be polite and respectful. You can tell they actually care about their job and the guests they serve. Excellent location. Excellent concierge service. Close to train station. The only item missing from the room is disposable laundry bag for the guests to take soiled clothing.

Good hotel. Very nice location. Good breakfast. Service not as good, but still fair enough. Room was a little small, nothing special.

Had a problem with no hot water on arrival. Was dealt with to our satisfaction. Very apologetic
