Nice hotel close to the motorway. Good breakfast. Missing info about the limited parking. It appears that the hotel has changed its name so little confusing when arriving in the night.

Great location if you have business in Bockenheim or Westend of Frankfurt. Walkable to the Univeristy of Frankfurt. One of the two affordable hotels in that area and the only one I have found that still offers breakfast. The breakfast is good. Continental. Staff is professional: the front desk manager spoke at least German and English, perhaps other languages as well. So, international guests would feel welcomed. Rooms are a bit dated but bathrooms and some other aspects of the rooms have been updated. Rooms are also spacious by European standards. The hotel certainly has some “faded glory” vibes, but it is a good place to stay if you need a place to rest, have breakfast and get to work the following morning.

The breakfast was ok and the location is good. Only a few minutes walk from the subway stations and very near to the palmengarten. The hotel seems very dated and the furnitures in the room were stained. Cleanliness of the bed is questionable because we found hair on the pillow that was not ours. Lastly, the check in took a really long time.

No blind or curtain in my room

My bedroom's blind was broken so broad daylight and sun came into the room at 4am. I spoke to reception the night before asking how to work the blind and they said it was broken. The window was very big, almost the size of a double bed. I asked how they could sell a room without a blind or curtain and their answer was they were waiting for the engineer to fix it. They were fully booked so couldnt change my room. At 4am, my room was in bright daylight. At 7am I went to reception and they said nothing they can do. So I showed them a photo, said I'd put it on the review, and only then did they offer to change my room. I asked for a refund too and their answer was "I'm not sure". At 10am I went into the new room they had given me, opened the door, and a man was still showering in there. So the room they switched me to wasn't vacant. I apologised to the poor guy who's room I entered and they then switched me to a 3rd room that was fine. Conclusion: It wasnt until II said I would put a photo of it on the review that they tried to help. I was at a trade fair with meetings all day, and to be woken up at 4am is not acceptable. If the hotel chooses to read this, I would expect a full refund at the very least.

O hotel fica em um local tranquilo e agradável, perto de restaurantes e um centro comercial. Café da manhã muito bom. Estava sendo pintado. Serviço de camareira diário. O nome que consta na fachada não é Imperial mas sim Garner, o que confundiu não só a mim mas vários outros hóspedes que chegavam ao hotel.

Given wrong room multiple times

Reserved their largest room and paid the higher price as i was coming with my 2 young daughters. When i checked in, they gave me a small room with just a double room. When I informed him that I ordered the larger room, he said it's not possible because i only put 2 adults in the reservation (which was a default on my acct). I informed him, if i want a big room even with 1 adult, i should get what i pay for, not for them to automatically assign me a smaller/cheaper room. I agreed 2 book a 2nd room although it would separate our family, and i asked for the original room i booked for the 2nd room, and again, i was given a small room with double bed. by that time i was too exhaused from a long trip and the family was tired, so we just accepted it but was a horrible experience.

Das Hotel befindet sich in Renovierung, die auch nötig ist. Auf eine Anfrage vorab, bbekam ich keine Antwort. Der zimmersafe hat nicht funktioniert, auf dem Nachttisch war Kaffeepulver oder ähnliches. In der Dusche Haare, Matratze schrecklich.
