We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and were greeted with a friendly smile and the desk person was so helpful. The room was very clean and roomy - we were disappointed that we were only staying one night. Definitely a great stay.

Awesome

Hotel was a bit out of the city but well worth it. Check in was easy. Our room was fabulous. The girl at the front desk offered us the sauna at a low fee, also well worth it as it was freezing. We really enjoyed that. Slept well, quiet room, super comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to offer. I can’t wait to stay here again, I’ll definitely be back

We stayed in the Naam hotel for business, and we were there only over night. Althought we had not, there is a possibility of taking breakfast and other meals in the hotel. The stuff is kind, and the hotel is clean. Bus stop is 2-3 min away, and a tram stop cca 10 minutes walking.

Good and quiet hotel. A/C didn't work at first, took a long time to cool down a warm room. The room was fine, but the bathroom a bit old. Minor cleanliness issues. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast room was small and the man in charge didn't seem to handle it too well (fruit juice repeatedly ran out and was not cold). The room had a minbar/cooler, which was good.

We stayed at NAAM Hotel & Apartments the night before our flight. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport (10 min drive) and it offered free parking, breakfast, and WIFI. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and hospitable. We rated this room 4/5 stars because of a few small points. The room was clean, but smelled heavily of cleaning products / perfume to the point we had to leave the windows open for ~30 minutes to air it out. This did the trick, but it was quite chilly for late November to have the windows open. Other small negatives included the shower head (broken - had to hold it up, or just use the waterfall shower on the ceiling), thin walls at night and heard lots of neighbors, and a very tight parking lot. Even so, we would stay here again if we need a hotel near the airport (without paying airport prices).

This is the second time we stayed at Hotel Naam when visiting relatives in Frankfurt. Once in Nov. 2019, and now in Aug. 2022. It is still as clean and neat, nicely maintained. The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items and is kept very clean and well-stocked. The hotel has plenty of parking and is also within walking distance to the Griesheim train station where the S-bahn takes you downtown in about 10 minutes. Very convenient. We won't hesitate to return to Hotel Naam. On caveat: Rooms on the top floor get very hot in summer time (when it's 28 or 30 deg. C outside), and it takes about a day for the air conditioning to cool the room down. It would be nice if housekeeping could turn the air conditioning on in the morning if the room is being rented out that day. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Extremely poor hotel even not worth1 ⭐️ 1- WC is in room hans’t air conditioner you need to small what passed. 2- beds are not even single size you could easily fell down. 3- when you’re settled on the middle of the bed it bends up like boat 🚤 4- we had extremely cold room heating system was broken we asked for heater they have no one!!! We made complaint still waiting to manager to respond after 2 days. 5- we were charged €25 for breakfast which was only few cheeses and sausage, that you can buy cross the hotel from Lidl for €5. 6- cushions were extremely low quality and dirty. 7- pillows were smaller than cover( maybe they thought that you can wear it in winter😡 Never back again 😡
