I only spent the night there before I flew out the next morning. But it was very clean. It was quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I’m definitely staying there again my next trip to Germany.

The stay at Moxy was great, uneventful and quiet. The personnel was very quick and friendly. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the temperature and fan control in the room didn’t work, so the room was overly warm for me. All the rest was very nice.

Very helpful staff. I got to hotel by shuttle bus in late morning so too early to check in but when she got to understand I am the membership of Marriott Bonvoy, she arranged me to check in my room for a good rest. That was highly appreciated after a long travel.

The room had large hole in wall. It smelt Needed a good clean Was looking to have a good meal but less than half of options available on menu. Very limited No burgers or deserts No restaurants close by so thought they would have a good menu but No Should give us a discount Overpriced for what we got

Everything with the room and the restaurant was excellent. What we didn’t appreciate was that they show that they have an airport shuttle for a fee, but it does not show that it only runs limited hours in the morning and the evening, which we did not know until much later when they sent us that info. Please be clear on that in your posting

I’d like a credit, it’s not at airport, another property with same name is, I took a taxi to wrong one due to name, then took another taxi to correct one away from airport, to find ac. And Tv broke, I got up and went and sat in airport. What a waste of money

Good stay but a limited shuttle availability

I booked this particular hotel because of the shuttle availability, but apparently the shuttle has a limited timeline. I wish the time line would be posted so travelers make an informed decision. I only use it on my way back as I arrived at 4 pm and the next shuttle was at 6-45 pm.

This hotel not to be confused with another Moxy hotel by the airport, this location further from airport. ,Shower has no door or adequate space, water from shower penetrated under bathroom door into the living area, shoes, socks got all wet, there was phone to notify front desk, notified front desk of the issue after going downstairs and waiting in line, was giving another room no assistance was provided to move from one room to another, checked in around 11:45pm, all settled in another room after w 1:00am.

I had to pay local taxes if though I already paid that. Place is OK. Rooms are hot and airco doesn't work. there are no basic things available in your room such as a water bolier, glasses and not even a closet.
