The breakfast was very poor and was full of people. The hotel staff claimed they had never heard of the alb card for transportation and put up a terrible attitude when we tried seeking assistance with logistics. The hotel rooms were extremely small and did not even include a bottle of water. Location of the property was very good.

Good for a short stay. Located near CBD, Zeil mall and other sightseeing spots which is very nice. However the room size is a bit tight, and it does not come with kettle/cups/refrigerator... etc., which is a bit inconvenient.

The room was small but clean and well-appointed. The shower was great! The lobby bar and lounge area was fantastic. Also, the hotel is centrally located, a short walk from the main squares, subway station, and shopping district. I'll be back on my return to Frankfurt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional service from the moment we arrived! We arrived in Frankfurt on an early morning flight, exhausted and jet-lagged, and the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. We reached the hotel around 8:00 a.m., and they went out of their way to do a little juggling and get us into a room much earlier than expected. That extra kindness made such a difference. Being able to check in, rest, and recharge helped us enjoy our time in Frankfurt so much more. The hotel itself was a great choice, but it was the exceptional service from the team that really stood out. Highly recommend staying here, and a huge thank you to the front desk staff for going above and beyond for us. It was genuinely appreciated!

The location of the hotel is amazing, its cleanliness is truly excellent, everything is perfect, the staff are really friendly, but the amenities inside the room are a bit lacking. I mean, there’s no fridge, no glasses, no miswak—some of these amenities are just not in the room.
