Friendly and welcoming

Nice hotel in the center of Neu-Isenburg. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Hotel has an ‘airline’ theme and is very cozy. Staff super friendly. Bed suited me fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very good and discreet hotel, personnel professional and kind. I appreciated easy parking and breakfast full selection ... on the other side, the room cleaning deleted if not specifically requested is not in line with any habit and need.

Room was a nice size but room was very hot and air conditioning unit was mainly putting out hot air despite being on the coolest setting. Mattress seemed very thin as well. Overall services nice and general cleanliness very good.

Not a 4 star hotel.

I am not going to accept this hotel as 4 star. Its no where near 4 star. In room first of all they dont have fridge no safe locker no cupboard no cattle just 2 bottles of water. Paid parking reception and bar is together.
