The staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean but the area is unsafe due to so many druggies in front of the hotel and the surrounding area. It is so close to all transit stations.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a subway station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, and overall, the stay was okay—nothing fancy, but met our needs.

We stayed on the 5th floor and the balcony was amazing. We didn’t knew we had. The bad and the decoration… Everything was good but there is not a kitchen, just so you know. Plus, some people said the street is dangerous, we didn’t have any problem but this information might be true.

Great property. Neighborhood, as others have noted, appears a little sketchy at night but the people out when we were there left you alone. Large police presence. The hotel itself is quite efficient and contemporary. Helpful front desk staff.

Comfortable room, close to the Hauptbahnhof.

Great location - close to the Hauptbahnhof. Great room, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that this is supposedly a non smoking hotel, but my room smelled like cigarettes. I understand the hotel has little control when guests break the rules, but perhaps a deeper clean could have been done.

The hotel is in a shady neighbourhood, homeless people and drug dealers basically at the hotel entrancd. Hotel itself is very basic, room as well, small fridge, no safety box, not even a kettle in room. Relatively quiet at night. Acceptable for a 1-night stay alone, for anything else I'd go elsewhere.

We had arrived in Frankfurt early in the morning and, since check in wasn’t until much later in the day, we asked them to hold onto our travel luggage so we could walk around and sightsee until time to check in. They were very accommodating. (You’d be surprised to hear not everyone is in Europe).

The hotel was in a very accessible location, clean, and roomy. My only complaint was that we were not able to turn on the fan/ac unit (the control was taken away). We only wanted to be able to turn the fan on as opening the window lead to a very busy (and rowdy crowd of party people) and we wanted to drown the noise out.

Proper tea!

Breakfast was good(proper english tea available!)Situation handy for station and not far from centre. There were a lot of druggies around the station but just go right out the door and they don't bother you! The staff were friendly and helped me print out my boarding pass. Nice bar, reasonably priced.Room huge with windows on two sides. TV had english speaking channels. Bathroom excellent.
