When arrived we didn’t get the welcome drink, our room was not cleaned and towels not changed. When requested for body towels they gave us hand towels because they didn’t have any more, and they don’t have complimentary water. I have stayed at several Moxy hotels, and believe me, this one is not up to the level

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The wet room concept in the bathroom is not practice at all, the floor gets full of water and doesn't drain property and you could easily trip.

A quick night before starting a tour. Staff was fantastic. So friendly and helpful! The room was clean with very cool vibe. The walls are a bit thin (could hear our neighbour turning on/off the wall mounted light switches), but luckily noise from the adjacent rooms did not bother us. We were able to grab a small dinner in the dining room, which was great. Tea and coffee in the morning were complimentary. Overall, nice stay, and would stay there again.

La habitación se ve en mal estado, un ac que hace un ruido terrible durante toda la noche y no deja dormir, un baño sin puertas ni divisiones de vidrio en la Ducha, que apenas te bañas deja inservible todo el baño de la cantidad de agua que sale para todo lado y ya no puedes volver a entrar si no te quieres mojar los pies, colchón en mala condición y mala explicación del personal a la llegada en cuanto a servicios, agua de cortesía etc.
