The location was very good for our needs; being close to the train station. We didn't arrive from the airport until after midnight but check-in was easy and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to get over to the station in the morning to get a train onto our next destination. We'll likely stay there again before we fly home.

This is a simple but clean and well organized hotel right outside the railroad station. There is even a large neon sign in the station very high up showing the direction. Behind the hotel is the Flix Bus station. The breakfast was expensive and there is no other food service other than breakfast.

Hotel is ideally located, one minute walk from Frankfurt Main HBF train station (SW exit near platform 1B) with main bus station directly behind. Room was well insulated from sound and spacious with lots of places to place belongings. A/C was great, bed very comfortable with overhead rain plus strong hand held shower pressure. Tea pot was provided upon request and Johanna was very pleasant and helpful at front desk. Highly recommend this accommodation for value and convenience

The hotel was very close to the train station, making it easy for day trips and ongoing travel. It was also only a pleasant and easy 20–25-minute walk to the old town for sightseeing the historic city. I was able to bypass lines by checking in at a kiosk, which made it very quick and easy. The breakfast was great and I really appreciated having scrambled eggs after 2 weeks in Turkey. The staff at the front desk was amazing. It was cold and raining and I had a 3-hour delay in train travel after I checked out. The staff welcomed me back to sit in the warm, comfortable lobby until it was closer to my departure time. I had an opportunity to watch them interact with their guests and was very impressed with the customer service orientation of all the staff. All had such a positive attitude and willingness to help!
