Short 2 night family stay

Short 2 night stay, spacious twin room, nice shower, no tea/coffee facilities. Continental Breakfast was very nice and there were GF options catered for one of my party

Unpretentious budget hotel

Basic and unpretentious, cost effective hotel. It's clean and warm, and surprisingly spacious for the price. Not really near the main touristy area of Frankfurt but easily accessible with tram or U-banh

Overall, an excellent stay. The room and bathroom are small, but that doesn't take anything away from the stay. Breakfast is simple but adequate for an "ibis budget" hotel. The staff was always polite and helpful. The location is very good, with easy access to the Tram and S-Bahn, as well as nearby supermarkets and other conveniences. The hotel accepts parcels, but the address provided is not the one at the main entrance, which causes problems with deliveries. I suggest the hotel to update it on all pages (official and hotel platforms). Overall, I recommend it as a low-cost option for a short stay.

For the price this was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the location as it was really easy to walk to everything (approx 30-45 mins to main tourist area) plus had quite a few dining options nearby. I will say that I think the breakfast is overpriced for the options that are available and most days we ate elsewhere. The bed was not the most comfortable but we got used to it for the few nights that we were there.

Clean, quiet, good wifi, close to public transportation, easy check in & out. Had a nice short stay here, iron available. Only complaint is even with the key in place, the a/c felt like it never turned on.

Pay a little more for a better place

I wouldn't stay again. The bed was very uncomfortable. The 3 person room we were in had the shower right next to the bed which would have been fine if I was traveling by myself, but the two teenage girls with me really wanted privacy. The light in the bathroom is on a very short timer and kept turning off. AC never worked so our choices were to roast or have the window open with all the street noise and smoke from smokers floating into our room.

One night stay

Overall it was good for a night stay. I didn't like the shower and sink situation at all. A proper bathroom would be so much better. Also, we found a cigarette lighter on the chair and more than 10 cigarette butts on the window sill when we opened the window. It was disgusting. The hotel supposed to be non-smoking.

Sehr nettes Personal, schneller Check-In/Check-Out. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber groß und hell. Betten waren mittel-hart, also nicht durchgelegen. Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt durch die Tram-Linie.

It's a bit strange that there was no bag for the trash bin. Also, the toilet brush had no holder, and they put a big, ugly bucket there instead. As for the triple room—I don't know about the others—it was spacious but poorly laid out. It had a double bed and a bunk bed, and the rest of the space was empty. The bunk bed was too childish; climbing up and down was a nightmare. There were no closets, and the bathroom itself was odd. The shower and sink were next to the bed, and the toilet was in a separate room with a door. The lighting could be better.
