We had amazing time here. The hotel was clean and comfy and good location(near from train station and convenience store). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good enough for our vegetarian diets. Alfian at reception was super helpful with information and plans about our day trips to Heidelberg and Rudeshiem. We really enjoyed our stay at the INNSiDE. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar in the restaurant was very good. The interior of the hotel was clean, bright, and had interesting decorations. The one minor issue we ran into, our room was set for one person, was handled very easily and efficiently, providing us the second set of towels and bedding. As first time travelers to Frankfurt, who speak no German, it was wonderful that everyone spoke clear English.

What an awesome property and staff! I have a disability and it was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful at every turn. Someone available for help. Let me practice German. If I visit Frankfurt again, I would stay here. It’s difficult to find a place that ticks all of the boxes plus is worth the money.
