Pros: Staff was very helpful and offered free breakfast for the elevator problems. Cons: smaller room than expected. AC barely kept room cool, even at full blast. Elevator doors malfunctioned constantly so had to use the stairs once in a while.

This hotel offered everything we needed for a weekend stay. The hotel was close all the action, shopping, eating, historic sites. The staff was more than helpful. If we return to Frankfurt we will definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located right near the historic city center, with many cafes, shops, and museums within walking distance. Hotel decor was a bit dated but otherwise clean, spacious, and with good amenities.
