This was a fine hotel room for 1 night before we flew out the next day. The location is great, just around the corner from the Romer. We enjoyed the Frankfurt "Old" town, but we didn't book this for a luxury hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the old town so we could walk everywhere. Room was rather dated and small with clear signs of wear. The bathroom was small but met our needs. As we were only sleeping there and not spending time in the room, the location made up for any shortcomings. All in all it was good value for the location. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the breakfast.

The room is small and the decor is rather old but it’s clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good. For the location (near Römer/Dom) it’s good value. Close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

The room was decently clean and comfortable but I was on the ground floor so significant noise at night outside. It is a great location for walking around Romerberg section of Frankfurt as its right off St. Paul's Square. Kleinmarkthalle is also very close the opposite direction.

Staff are really welcoming and friendly, the room service guy (I forget his name! So sorry!) was so lovely to chat to and really attentive. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s a super convenient location, right in the old town/altstadt. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Can be a bit noisy at times because the walls are thin!

This hotel is in the perfect location for Old Town and the Zeil shopping area. The room was fine and the shower felt great. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are small but spotless. The breakfast was really nice. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is the perfect location for all the Christmas Markets. You are just 1 block from walking into the Christmas Market. Then since there are numerous markets, you are about 5 to 6 blocks from them.
