Es war alles Bestens bis auf den Abreisetag. Das Personal bei Frühstück war überfordert und ich musste über 20 Min auf meinen Kaffee und die Eier warten, was bei der Abreise ungünstig ist.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Kosteloses Frühstück und kostenlose Minibar werden angeboten. Die Straße ist etwas lauter aber nich schlimm. Von den Nachbarn habe ich nichts gehört. Einen sehr negativen Punkt gibt es und das ist die Zimmerreinigung. Leider hat das überhaupt nicht geklappt. Einen Tag nur Bett gemach (Handtücher, Müll, etc nicht) und den anderen Tag nur Handtücher (kein Bett gemacht etc....) Der Rezeptiononist war dann sehr freundlich und hat nir Handtücker und Extra-Getränk gebracht...

Das Hotel liegt günstig, auch für Gäste, die neben Offenbach auch Frankfurt besuchen möchten. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Möbel zeigten leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Die Minibar war gut bestückt, und das Personal war freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm.
