The staff was friendly efficient and very accommodating . Communicating with staff was easy as they were very comfortable in English German and at least one other language I overheard Staff also made good suggestions for food and things to do

Convenience in Frankfurt

Quite comfortable for a pair of twin beds. Well worth the price. Not a room you’d want to sit in all day, but great for having a convenient place to sleep. Perfectly located for our purposes. One block from U an S bahn, and easy walking distance to all old town sires

The hotel is a little older, but the room was clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. In the evening there was a lot of people partying in the streets around the hotel during our stay (Friday and Saturday).

Clean and simple, comfortable bed and a good sized room. The hotel is very centrally located for shopping, transit, and sightseeing. Very walkable. Easy to get to from the airport with two S-bahn options directly from the airport that take you only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Safe and secure with 24 hour desk and lift. Although the street is quite busy the room was very soundproof once the windows were closed. I was only there for a short stay but would definitely stay again.

It was hot in the room, and it smelled a bit when we first arrived. There was no lock on the toiletdoor, as well as it was impossible to put the toiletlid up in over 90 degreed, so we had to hold it up when peeing. And if we sat ob the toilet, the lid was resting on our backs… the staff was pleasant tho!

Reservamos con desayuno y en el e-mail de confirmación nos ponía que el desayuno estaba incluido y que las tasas también y al llegar al Hotel no figuraba el desayuno. Cuando íbamos a desayunar teníamos que decir siempre que el desayuno lo teníamos pagado ya y eso nos ha resultado un poco incómodo. Por lo demás, el Hotel está muy bien habitaciones, muy limpias y grandes y se llega caminando a todas partes
