Very well situated near Messe Frankfurt. Coffee on the house. Big room. No lobby but you can sit in the bar area while waiting. The staff are friendly. Will book this hotel again if I have an event at Messe Frankfurt. Thank you.

Nice and clean. Safe zone. Free drinks in the fridge as welcome gift. A/C wasn’t very effective and seemed set to a fixed temperature. Someone tried to enter the room at 8h30 AM, not remotely close to check out time. That was annoying.

Great experience

I had a great experience at this hotel! The check-in was smooth, even 4 hours earlier than expected. They offer free water and coffee all, accessible all the day, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location made it easy to get around the city.

Great despite poor internet.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Clean, confortable, good breakfast. Only issue was the internet was terribly slow. Some colleagues were unable to connect. Not a problem if you have wifi, but be warned.

Great for short stays

The staffs were really friendly. Although the check in was at 3, they prepared my room and gave the room 2 hours earlier. The room was clean and bright, everything was new in the room, beds were comfortable, bathroom was well cleaned. One of the problems was the hot water during showering that was getting hot and cold, the other thing that made me surprised was repairing the walls and the floors at the reception floor of the hotel which made the guests uncomfortable for passing through the hotel lobby.

Quiet neighborhood, almost secluded. Far away from nightlife, but the point was sleeping, not partying. I arrived for a late checkin (11 PM), staff was friendly and was able to recommend something for the few hours I was in Frankfurt. Clean room, clean neighborhood. I loved the fact that breakfast was included, and the fridge was stocked with water, juice and beer, all free. I *hate* being nickel-n-dimed to death by hotels, where you run up some absurd tab by simply eating bagels and cream-cheese. This was a refreshing change from that.

4* rating based on fact the room rate was very low so I feel I received excellent value for amount paid. Super quick and easy check in by friendly front desk agent who explained all facilities. Very basic room, totally normal for Germany. No multi-plug adaptor or USB ports. Free minibar with a few free soft drinks and a beer was cute. Not much around in the immediate area although close to transport links. Room was quite noisy from road traffic and is also near the rail line.

The hotel was a bit out from the old town Frankfurt & all that we wanted to see was a 20 min walk away, not their fault. The hotel itself served its purpose, was clean & staff polite. All spoke English very well too. The room was clean, tidy & had complimentary drinks in the fridge including water cola & a beer. Bed comfortable & modern tele. We turned off the air con as it was a bit noisy. It wasn’t needed or missed by us & this is February. Had a good sleep both. Lights with no weird noises or outside disturbances. I only ever saw 1 person on the reception & at various times had to wait while they left the post to sort a problem somewhere else, not a trouble just an irk. The bar was comfy to have a nightcap. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Once there we found the front desk help and support to be extremely good ! The hotel was convenient to our business needs in the area. I wish the wi-fi was better, the AC stronger but the hotel and price met expectations.
