This is an amazing property right beside the central station of Frankfurt. The property is clean, the rooms are cozy though not big, just enough to sleep and be comfortable. The area around the property is very sketchy as there is a lot of homeless people in this area, however for the price and the convenience it’s not a big deal just need to be cautious at night especially. I would stay here again and it’s perfect to spend a day or two in transit.

5mins walk from Frankfurt main train station. Good location but it’s very close to RLD. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Value for money. Will go again!

Frankfurt is not an exception : the area around the railway station is not the nicest (population of homeless / alcolized...) yet remains a strategic location for access to public transportation. Unfortunately the aircon was not working and the single rooms are very small (i.e. very hot w/o aircon)

This hotel is located in a very bad neighbourhood next to the Frankfurt central train station. Our hotel room had been cleaned well but there were some strange insects on toilet floor - perhaps living in the structures of the building. There was not a separate bathroom but both bathroom and shower were part of the bedroom. Breakfast was very good and service was friendly.

The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is dirty, unsafe and unsavory, especially at night. Completely not the fault of the hotel. The hotel, however, is pleasant with responsive staff. The room is a little small but functional. The hotel is very conveniently located across from the Frankfurt Bahnhof - easy access to the U-, S-Bahn and international trains. I'd recommend this place if it weren't for the neighborhood.

Main issues are noisevand poor wifi. I could not get reception and i was only 1 level from the lobby. Windows seemed thick, but, let in all the noise. Curtains were equally poor at keeping light out. Mattress and pillow were poor. I didnt get any sleep.

Absolutely disappointing experience at Concorde Hotel. During one of the days of our stay, as my family and I were walking into the breakfast area, a front desk staff member—wearing red lipstick and bangs—approached me and publicly held up a towel from our room that had hair dye on it. In front of several other guests, she opened it, questioned me loudly about the stain, and told me the towel was now “wasted.” It was humiliating and completely inappropriate. Never in my life has a hotel confronted a guest about what’s on a towel. It could have been anything—personal body fluids, for example—and to handle it so publicly was not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful. Additionally, the hotel is located in a very uncomfortable area—surrounded by individuals who are homeless or drinking on the street. It’s also right in the middle of the red-light district, something that was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. This is not a kid-friendly location, and I would have never booked here had I known. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a respectful, professional, or safe environment.

Disgusting rug, foreign hairs in bathroom, I am a size 0 and was very difficult to shower / maneuver to put the soap on. The hotel is on Karlstrasse am bahnhofviertel, which is extremely dirty and unsafe. The beds were so uncomfortable and, the pillows? They seemed to be made out of wood. Will never EVER stay here again. I booked this hotel trusting the "excellent, 4 star" rating from this app and others. It seems that AI has taken over and nothing can be trusted so, back to good old city data research before booking another hotel. This hotel is a 2.7 star at best!

Clean hotel, awful awful area

It’s a nice hotel but horrible horrible area to stay in. I didn’t check the area before booking for my friend and I. We are both young females traveling together. We had a layover in Frankfurt so we figured we stay somewhere near. When we arrived, we asked the desk if there were any food options nearby (at 10pm) he said “Oh sure just walk around outside and you’ll find plenty” LITTLE did we know we found ourselves in the most dangerous part of Frankfurt. We walked outside with no knowledge of how crazy it is just around the corner. We were also afraid someone would follow us back into the hotel (anyone could walk in and the locks looked flimsy on the doors and no key needed up elevator) so we boarded up our doors with suitcases. Call us paranoid, but for a hotel in that area, have better security and concierge with common sense to not go ahead and tell two young women to just walk and see for ourselves

Das Zimmer war klein aber völlig ausreichend gut mein Bedürfnis. Einzig die Duschkabine war sehr beengt und hinein kam ich auf Grund von etwas Bauchumfang nur so grade eben. Hier sollte man eher schlank sein, sonst wird es ungünstig. Sehr unschön aber außerhalb des Einflussbereich des Hotel ist das Problem mit den Drogenabhängigen in der Gegend, grade in den Abendstunden wird’s nochmal gruseliger. Hier sollte die Stadt dringend etwas tun. Den Hbf erreicht man in unter 2 min und ist somit verkehrstechnisch extrem gut aufgestellt. Für eine Nacht vor dem Flug am nächsten Tag kann ich es empfehlen auf Grund der Zentralen Lage und guten Verkehrsanbindung.
