I enjoyed my stay at Plain Kate’s! My room was so cozy, with a very comfy bed. Lots of soft pillows and comforter. My room was very clean and tidy with very soft bath towels. Janice is so nice and accommodating! I would definitely stay there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There’s a charming market and several restaurants just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

If your looking for room service or spa treatments this is not the place. But if you want an affordable, clean, safe, nostalgic place, this is it,. After talking to the owner she really cares about the area her motel and more important her guests.

This is an older ground level, attached buildings no frills hotel. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced clean room with no bells and whistles with good space for 1 night or more this is perfect. The inn keeper Janice is very pleasant and always willing to help.

A basic motel of the kind not see too often these days. The rooms are well cared for and very clean. The manager is friendly and very helpful. She made some great suggestions about the area which made our trip to Franconia even better.

Step back in time to this roadside motel! Decor Needs updates but for location it is great, close to Littleton and the Cannon Tram. Good hiking nearby. There isn’t much to see in Franconia but Littleton is adorable with shops and restaurants. Janice, The manager, Was very accommodating and personable.

the property was cute. the owner was amazing and sweet. there wasn’t any electrical outlets in the bathroom and no mirror anywhere else- made it impossible to fix your hair unless you had your own. the location was perfect to a local coffee cafe and near the trails. great location

No frills, but nice

This is a no frills motel. But, the manager was great about accommodating some requests. She also had good recommendations on where to eat. It was very quiet and located 14 miles from Flume Gorge.

Room was a basic motel room that was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. I think the owner is working hard to improve the property. The office was a bit hard to locate and the property’s street sign showed a different name and then “at Plain Kate’s” which was a bit confusing. It’s located on the main street in town with easy access to I-93.

Great place, I would stay here again. Older motel, but everything was clean and everything worked. The rooms are larger than newer hotels. Hotel staff was nice when I called and during check-in. You won't beat the price!
