The owner and his mom were very nice. room was a little small but very clean. The location is amazing close to the beach.

An overall good choice

The room is quaint and well-designed. It is a few metres from the sea, very close to at least three lovely coffee shops, and less than 15 mins walk to many good restaurants. Bus no. 21 to take you to the centre of Pescara leaves from a few seconds away and is quite frequent - I usually waited around 10 mins or so. The owner is available through Whatsapp for any queries.

Stanza collocata in un appartamentino delizioso. Tutto nuovissimo, è confortevole ed estremamente pulito. Decisamente consigliato. Per la bella stagione, è da segnalare che è a pochi metri dal mare!
