Wonderful stay. Great food.

Wonderful stay. Clean. Beds were comfy. Food was great. Large selection for breakfast. We checked in early evening and had not eaten yet so we tried their dinner buffet. Reasonable cost and slot of amazing food from soup to salad to several main dishes to choose from, sides and desserts. Very nice 2 level pool.

The property has a lot of potential and is in a great location. We like our breakfast. Especially the fruit and tapioca stand. However, the restrooms were not clean, with numerous black areas on the shower and walls, as well as extremely old towels. We didn't like the check-in staff; they were untrained and unpleasant. Be aware that they are not friendly by international standards. Another concern is that they are rebuilding the site without informing us. Expedia should make a note of this because some individuals have dust allergies I would only recommend to friends if they make significant adjustments.. :(

Hotel bom, voltaríamos.

Hotel com atendimento muito cortes. Café da manhã muito bom. Não há próximo (para caminhar curta distância), um mercado ou restaurante. Necessário sair de carro/uber para jantar, por exemplo. Preços do hotel (almoço/janta frigobar elevados, acabamos chamando tele todas as noites (estávamos sem carro, mas com motirista “particular” que foi muito útil, vale esse conforto. Hotel bom, voltaríamos. Deixo apenas a informação dos preciso do hotel, que achei elevado (Heineken 20, água 1,5L 18,00, por exemplo, jantar, na promoção, 106,00). Equipe bem atenciosa! O hotel fica numa avenida “central” para deslocamento (de carro) das principais atrações. Shopping há uns 1,5km. Academia, pra quem foca nesse item, vale conferir fotos. Bem simples, mas atende.

A classificação 3,5 estrelas seria mais adequada.

O atendimento, a limpeza e o café da manhã são excelentes. O quarto onde fiquei deixou a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas, na minha opinião. Uma reforma no banheiro seria bem vinda e sobretudo a troca dos colchões (claramente acima da vida útil das molas) por colchões mais novos, e consequentemente mais confortáveis.

Ficamos 5 dias hospedado, hotel amplo, muito aconchegante e confortável, somente deixo minha sugestão de no cafe da manhã, a tapioca começar a ser feita no horário de inicio do café, pois nesses dias que estávamos hospedado apenas 1 dia consegui comer devido começarem a fazer as 7:00 hrs da manhã, sendo que o café se inicia as 6:30. Nossa avaliação do quarto achamos meio escuro, faltando iluminação, mas cama, travesseiros muito confortável. Pessoal da agência muito atenciosos, principalmente o motorista Lima. Foram dias maravilhosos e com certeza voltaremos
