Tive uma boa experiência no Torobá Express, principalmente pelo custo-benefício. Pelo valor pago, o hotel entrega bem o que promete. O quarto é relativamente novo e bem cuidado, com tudo funcionando corretamente. Apesar de ser um pouco pequeno, é confortável, com ar-condicionado eficiente, frigobar, roupas de cama de boa qualidade e tudo bem limpo — não tivemos nenhum problema nesse aspecto. O banheiro, por outro lado, tem um bom tamanho, o que ajuda bastante no conforto. O café da manhã é simples, mas condizente com a proposta do hotel: saboroso, bem servido e com a vantagem de começar cedo, o que é ótimo para quem vai fazer passeios. A localização também é positiva, com restaurantes próximos, e o fato de ter estacionamento no próprio hotel facilita bastante. O atendimento foi outro ponto positivo, com funcionários solícitos e prestativos. Como pontos de melhoria, senti falta de mais um elevador, já que há apenas um e, nos horários de pico, pode haver certa espera. Além disso, vale mencionar um aspecto importante da região: especialmente à noite, o entorno pode parecer menos tranquilo para circulação a pé. Há presença significativa de pessoas em situação de rua e usuários de drogas nas redondezas, o que pode gerar uma sensação maior de insegurança, principalmente no período noturno. No geral, recomendo para quem busca uma hospedagem prática, limpa e com bom custo-benefício em Foz do Iguaçu, especialmente se estiver de carro.
