Esta foi nossa segunda hospedagem no hotel, mas infelizmente a experiência ficou aquém das expectativas. Logo na chegada, enfrentamos problemas no quarto designado: vazamento no banheiro acompanhado de mau cheiro, o que nos obrigou a solicitar mudança de acomodação. A qualidade da limpeza foi outro ponto crítico. Embora aparentemente limpo à primeira vista, uma análise mais detalhada revelou acúmulo de sujeira em diversos pontos do quarto, indicando que apenas uma limpeza superficial estava sendo realizada. O atendimento via telefone interno mostrou-se extremamente deficiente. Raramente conseguíamos contato através do ramal, sendo necessário nos deslocarmos pessoalmente à recepção para qualquer solicitação, o que gerou considerável inconveniente. Adicionalmente, o Blue Park estava em manutenção durante nossa estadia, informação que não nos foi comunicada previamente na reserva ou check-in, causando frustração especialmente considerando que este é um dos diferenciais do hotel. Considerando o valor investido, esperávamos um padrão de serviço significativamente superior. Diante desta experiência, certamente buscaremos alternativas de hospedagem em futuras visitas a Foz do Iguaçu.

Valor muito alto pro benefício

As piscinas sao boas, mas termais quentes somente no resort. No entanto, atendimento do bar pessimo. Fomos pedir um Aperol que demorou horrores fomos reclamar e disseram que já haviam entregue! Isso que não tinha muito movimento! Fui levar meu bebe ao Blue park uma piscina maravilhosa propria para bebes, mas fria! O calor das aguas termais não chega nas piscinas infantis pois tem muito motor… frustrante. Bebidas com preços abusivos das bebidas R$13,90 um coca lata, R$6,90 copo de agua… Instalação do quarto muito antiga, no bloco principal. O corredor cheira a mofo. Era Feriado o lobby cheio e 3 atendendo pra check in, péssimo. Comida é razoável.

Razoável, estranho que um hotel 5 estrelas não ofereça nem uma água saborizada na chegada, ainda mais com uma cidade quente como Foz do Iguaçu. No banheiro não oferecem nem uma touca para banho, e nosso banheiro tinha vasamento. Ficam abordando os hóspedes o tempo todo para vender o apartamento no resort. Não achei que compensou o custo benefício.

Ótima infra estrutura com piscinas maravilhosas

Hotel com infra estrutura maravilhosa, gostaria de poder voltar todos os anos. Ponto alto fica para as inúmeras piscinas e por elas serem todas aquecidas! Muito legal poder também acessar o parque aquático sem custos extra. O hotel fica em frente a um shopping, excelente para poder fugir do custo alto de comer no hotel.

The people in charge of customer service are extremely slow and inefficient at check-in and check-out. It is surprising how they do not offer to help when someone is free, besides they do not explain anything, they do not understand Spanish or English (I asked specifically this and the woman said no) considering that there are dozens of foreigners in that place. When we got to our room, we realized that it had not been cleaned or maybe other people were still there and we had to go out again to ask the reservation desk for another one. The facilities seemed average to me for the premium price they charge and the dinner options are limited. I had to go to eat at the MyMabu hotel next door to find more variety. The next day they told us that we could continue using the pool after check-out, but when we arrived at the pool we were surprised that we needed bracelets to do so, nobody explained it to us, we walked back 200 meters to ask for it again. Moreover, At evening the pools had a smell, I don't know if it was because of the large number of people. I don’t think I would visit this hotel again

Ótimo hotel para ir no parque aquático

O Mabu é um execelente hotel para ir com família e crianças. Tem tudo que você precisa para não precisar sair do hotel. Os quartos atendem bem com espaço e tudo que precisa mas sem luxo, são quartos básicos. O café da manhã é bom, com variedade e mesmo estando muito cheio tem espaço e não fica desorganizado. O parque aquático é o máximo, as crianças e os adultos aproveintam muito.

Péssimo!

Ao fazer check in fui tirar dúvidas e me responderam que tudo estava escrito atras do mapa. Hoje quando fui no parque aquático me falaram que tinha que ter uma pulseira, que não me deram. Então não pude ir no parque o qual tinha direito, quando fui reclamar falaram que não poderia usufruir do parque aquático hoje pois era o dia do checkout ( mesmo eu dizendo que entregaria as pulseiras do quarto, e que tinha programado ficar no parque até a hora do meu voo). Meu banheiro toda vez que alguém tomava banho alagava, liguei as 18h do dia 17/1 e repeti a ligação dia 18/1 informando que seria o segundo contato e até hoje 19/1 na hora do banho precisei enxugar a água do banheiro para que as crianças não caissem. O ar Condicionado do quarto pingou nos tênis, molhando os. Informei isso na recepção e ignoraram, não me deram nenhum retorno.num resort aonde se hospedam crianças não há suco de laranja nem uva naturais, nem pagando. Para quem está acostumado a pagar por boa qualidade de infra estrutura e não recomendo! Muito descaso e falta de respeito.

Bom resort. Mas podem melhorar

Resort precisa de reformas. O hotel é grande tem uma área verde maravilhosa, as piscinas e o acesso ao blue park é ótimo. Café da manhã farto. Atendimento bom. Apenas ressalva a manutenção dos quartos. O nosso estava com o box vazando e a pia parcialmente entupida. Reclamamos do box e logo consertaram. Agora parabéns ao chuveiro, muito bom com bom jato sem ficar espalhado. Quarto sem amenidades. No geral boa estada. Ter o shopping Catuaí bem em frente facilita muito.

Sus estrellas no condicen a su estado actual

Llegado al hotel, no había nadie que te pueda guiar como enchufar el auto eléctrico, la conexión en malísimas condiciones. La habitación con armario roto, viejo. El baño sin los kits personales básicos que cualquier hotel de menos categoría te lo ponen. Sus estrellas no condicen con el estado actual. Un hotel que quedo en el pasado. Es una pena!
