A começar pelos funcionários não tão prestativos, por vezes rudes, o quarto era terrível, precisa de reforma urgente, parece que nos forneceram o pior quarto, vaso sanitário solto (é necessário trocar urgentemente, isso pode ocasionar um acidente letal), chuveiro não esquenta quase nada, Foz do Iguaçú estava muito frio nesse período, difícil para tomar banho, ar-condicionado barulhento, sujo, pingava e não esquentava nada, piso frio e faltanto cerâmicas, tv quase pifando, enfim não gostei, muito difícil uma próxima experiência nesse quarto, só não pedi para trocar ou reclamei no local, pois ficamos a maior parte do tempo na rua, usamos o hotel apenas para dormir, o custo-benefício foi OK.

Pelo preço cobrado está excelente, o quarto é simples, porém para dormir é extremamente funcional, café da manhã é simples porém completo pão suco frutas, área de lazer e excelente, piscina enorme maravilhosa, mesa de sinuca,cadeiras e mesas e guarda-sol Como meu intuito era turistar o hotel foi excelente. ônibus para o Paraguai e Argentina sai da rua ao lado, ótima localização central perto de bares e lanchonetes e comida árabe, ônibus para as cataratas por r$ 5, 00(transporte público). Os funcionários são bem prestativos. Com certeza eu voltaria!!

Muito bom hotel. Fiquei em apartamento no térreo. Apartamento com muito conforto e espaço para 4 pessoas. A vantagem de ficar no térreo foi devido a minha esposa ser cadeirante e tem acessibilidade a partir do estacionamento. A piscina é muito, embora não tenha usado.

É tudo muito simples, antigo, desatualizado.. o café da manhã começa as 7h40, nunca vi isso na vida, ainda mais numa cidade turistica. um funcionário da noite ficava sentado no passeio e deixou a recepção sem ninguém.. é pra quem quer economizar mesmo e ficar na região mais central.
