Hotel até razoável. Atendimento muito bom. Porém o site deveria informar ma hora da contratação que não tem tv nos apartamentos 3 dias sem TV ninguém merece.

O hotel é antigo e mau cuidado. Nao tem tv, o chuveiro é pessimo. Fica pingando o tempo todo. A janela não fecha. As condições de higiene nao sao boas. As roupas de cama sao feias e muito usadas. Não gostei.

El aire no andaba, y hacía un calor insoportable, igualmente nos cambiaron de habitación, pero estaba todo muy sucio, deteriorado, sin mantenimiento. El desayuno muy pobre, las frutas muy verdes, feas. Nunca lo remendaría!

O café da manhã tinha poucas opções e a reposição era muito demorada, até mesmo de talheres. Não tinha pão integral para quem só pode comer essa opção. O box do banheiro era de plástico e estava emperrando. Quarto simples, mas cama confortável

Pior impossível, ficamos na primeira noite por que nosso voo atrasou chegamos 1 hora da manhã e no outro dia entramos em contato com hotéis.com é pedimos ressarcimento das outras 3 diárias restantes dos três quartos estamos aguardando ressarcimento e saímos já pela manhã para outro hotel

Pontos negativos: -Cama de casal eram 2 camas solteiros -Roupas de cama encardidas -Toalhas de banho sujas -Goteira na laje do banheiro do apartamento superior -Porta do banheioro não fecha -Não havia suporte para papel higiênico no banheiro -O banheiro estava sujo, com muito cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores -A Tv era velha e não pegava bem os canais e não tinha controle -O quarto era para fumante, sendo que foi escolhido para não fumante -O café da manhã bem mais simples que o apresentado na foto. -O horário curto de café da manhã (7hrs às 9hrs) -O estacionamento com a penas umas 10 vagas, porém o hotel tem mais de 50 quartos. -Chegamos ás 16 hrs e o quarto não estava pronto ainda, tivemos que esperar mais de 30 minutos para o quarto ficar pronto, e só me levaram ao quarto quando reclamei da demora.

Não recomendo! Existem melhores custos-benefícios!

Escolhi o hotel porque aceita pet na hospedagem e se localiza no centro! Quanto aos serviços: o café da manhã é fraco, o wifi é razoável, a área de lazer é boa, o estacionamento é pequeno, a localização é no centro (ideal para quem vai a negócios ou compras), não tem restaurante no hotel, no nosso quarto tinha baratas, as instalações são antigas e mal conservadas: pintura desgastada, móveis velhos, banheiro e ducha ruim, etc. As fotos do google não condizem com a realidade! A equipe é atenciosa, mas mal treinada!

I was really disappointed in this hotel. I knew it wasn't going to be great based on reviews, but it wasn't even good. There was nothing in the room other than the beds. They lost my reservation when I tried to check-in, so it took forever. Breakfast was the one redeeming quality of this hotel, and even it wasn't that great.

PÉSSIMA ESCOLHA

No dia em que chegamos, fomos colocados num quarto muito ruim. Não entendi o motivo da falta de consideração pois, após reclamarmos de falta de luz, cheiro de mofo, falta de onde pendurar uma toalha no banheiro e falta de frigobar (isto não estava no site quando reservei), imediatamente me transferiram para um outro quarto, menos pior. Infelizmente outra decepção. O banheiro estava entupido. Novamente me transferiram. Neste último, a água do chuveiro parecia ter ferrugem. Janelas sem blecaute. Quartos sem telefones. Gatos nos corredores miando alto. Toalhas encardidas. Lençóis resgados e manchados. Televisão pequena, antiga e sem imagem, somente com chuviscos. Não entendo porque oferecem ou informar serviços que não entregam. Café da manhã FRACO. Faltou ovos para omelete e ficou por isso mesmo. Mas pagar pagamos por um serviço com café da manhã.

Esse hotel tem mais jeito de pousada. O quarto é regularmente limpo, cama confortável, mas há apenas uma tomada no quarto e o café da manhã termina muito cedo, inclusive no segundo dia mudou de horário sem aviso e por isso perdi.

Cobrança em dobro

Fiz minha reserva pela Expedia e informei meu cartão de crédito, imaginando que fosse para garantir a reserva. O fato é que durante minha estadia (20 a 23/09) paguei em dinheiro (tenho recibo do hotel). No dia 25/09 recebi um email do hotel com titulo "estorno iguaçu plaza hotel (urgente!)". No mesmo dia respondi com dados bancários para ressarcimento. Fiquei monitorando a conta e não entrou. Na sexta 29/9 enviei email solicitando informação. O funcionário Lucas informou que fariam na segunda 02/10. Até hoje 05/10 ainda não recebi.

Apesar do hotel falar que é um hotel "popular", tem os corrimãos descascando, TV de 14 polegadas com antena que pegam 3 canais. Cheio de mofo. Além de permitir festas em seu interior, o que torna a sua noite um pesadelo. Eu não recomendo nem de graça.
