Péssimo custo benefício

Sem dúvidas o pior custo benefício que já tivemos. Ao chegar, nos indicaram um quarto no andar inferior que estava cheirando a cigarro, estava sujo e claramente recem utilizado visto que o banheiro estava molhado, sem papel higiênico, toalhas rasgadas e com bordas estouradas. Fiz a reclamação e nos colocaram em um quarto no andar acima, ponto positivo para a atendente que solucionou o problema. Porém o quarto jamais valeria duzentos reais, se soubesse que era tão ruim me deslocaria a Foz do Iguaçu que pelo menos preço conseguiria um quarto infinitamente superior. Além de terem me cobrado 50% antes via pix, sendo que a reserva foi feita direto no app. Horrível experiência e não retorno a esse hotel.

Razoável

PONTOS POSITIVOS: localização perto da rodovia e café da manhã com cardápio variado, apesar de simples; PONTOS NEGATIVOS: bastante barulho nas redondezas (fica anexo a um posto de combustíveis) e não consegui contato telefônico na recepção antes de chegar no hotel. Não tem sachê com shampoo e condicionador nos banheiros. Não tem acessibilidade, pois somente acessa os quartos pela escada.
