Staff was average, nothing exceptional. The room was visibly not well care, floors were dirty. The toilet was clean and acceptable. The room position was in the back surrounded by other rooms and Air conditioning units that were noise all night long. Breakfast area was falling apart, table clothes were not clean, been to most of it. Breakfast was ok but little variety. Staff not very happy. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to feel a bit comfortable and rested in the morning.

I have been an Expedia customer for more than 20 years, and throughout that time I have never had a hotel problem that could not be resolved through Expedia. This is the first time I have felt the need to formally complain about a hotel I booked through this booking site. On my way to Asunción, I stayed at Hotel Foz Presidente, which was an acceptable experience. On my return trip to Brazil, I tried to book the same hotel again, but it was not available through Expedia. Expedia instead recommended Foz Central Budget Hotel as a good option for solo travelers. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional fee of approximately US$6 for booking through Expedia. This was the first time in more than 20 years of using Expedia that I had ever been charged such a fee. I have included a photo showing the charge on my complaint to Expedia, shown at the front desk. I was also given a room directly in front of the staircase leading from the lobby. The hotel does not have an elevator, so virtually everyone staying there has to use those stairs. As a result, there was considerable noise of traffic and very little privacy. The room itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was made much worse by the attitude of the hotel staff and virtually everyone I had to interact with. Their treatment of me was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. There were no accommodations or perks whatsoever. A total lack of empaty by every staff members.

Infelizmente minha estadia foi péssima, não recomendo. Hotel velho e em condições precárias. A energia elétrica foi desligada no meio da manhã, enquanto eu tomava banho, e mesmo depois de avisar não religaram, meu marido tomou banho gelado. Tínhamos mais uma noite mas preferimos ir embora antecipadamente para não dormir mais uma noite em uma cama ruim, banheiro sem luz e café da manhã bem precário. O valor da diária não vale. Deviam no mínimo me reembolsar a diária não utilizada, mas duvido, atendimento péssimo.

O quarto muito antigo , não dá segurança em higienização dos banheiros , pois são dois , um pra banho e outro para necessidades . Não condiz com as fotos dos quartos que vi no momento da compra . Estacionamento depósito de materiais de construção , péssimo com poças de agua . No café da manhã tivemos que ir na cozinha pedir para trazer café pois acabou e o pessoal estava rindo nas dependências da mesma e não cuidaram dessa falta . O horário que fomos tomar café era sete e trinta da manhã !
