I had internet issue upon my arrival but, the issue was resolve. Also, the shower was belching only hot water which I can't sustain. The issue was resolved once again. Good stay overall.

Quarto apertado, com pouquíssimo espaço para se movimentar. Somos em 4 (2 adultos e 2 crianças) e a cama de casal e as duas camas de solteiro ocuparam praticamente todo o quarto. O banheiro também era apertado, porém o chuveiro quente. A Internet era péssima e praticamente não funcionava (pelo jeito era uma única rede para todos). Os recepcionistas da noite muito atenciosos e educados, mas os do dia mal olhavam na cara da gente. Na área das piscinas pouca iluminação à noite (apenas um postinho funcionando). Café da manhã igual todos os dias. Descobri que existe uma salinha de jogos, mas nenhum atendente nos informou nada sobre o hotel. Nossa família não recomenda este hotel, infelizmente.

Gostaríamos muito.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável, os funcionários atenciosos, a estrutura de lazer muito boa, piscinas e quadra. Fiquei no quarto família, o quarto de casal , unido ao de solteiro com banheiro. A parte de casal um pouco apertado, colchao otimo, a parte de solteiro bem confortável com 3 camas, o banheiro modelo antigo, porem tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Cafe da manha completo.
