Convenient location and friendly staff. Check-in hours are good that worked out for my late flight. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are small and amenities are minimal for the price but that is probably what you get in any hotel in that area.

The hotel is very well localized close to the Shopping Catuai Palladium and several restaurants of all type. Only 15-20 minutes to the airport. The stuff was helpful and they have several workers. The breakfast was good having several options. The room was spacious and my family of four including two kids were comfortable. The things to improve are the gym, in which is basically all broken. There is only one treadmill that works till 8 km per hour with strange sound. All the rest need maintaining or replacing. The cleaning of the warm swimming pool inside, small sauna and gym need to be improved urgently. All that area needs a renovation. I also found the hotel expensive but, basically all hotels in the city are expensive.

Excelente atendimento, com funcionários prestativos, e tive a oportunidade de conhecer o administrador/proprietário do hotel, do qual tive uma excelente impressão. Hotel antigo e ao mesmo tempo Clássico, com quarto e banheiro grandes e confortáveis. Café da manhã maravilhoso, foi o que mais gostamos no Hotel. Observei que precisam de pequenas reformas em algumas áreas, principalemnte na externa, mas nada que comprometesse a minha estadia desta vez, mas fica a minha dica

Hotel tranquilo, antigo mas está em boas condições. Quarto não tinha vista, achei que faltou privacidade pq era virado para dentro e do corredor via dentro.
