Local bus 120 leaves right infront of the hotel. Easy to go to the falls (both sides) and to airport. Staff was extremely friendly. Good breakfast.

Place was fine overall. If you're looking for a more traditional hotel stay, probs not the best bet but makes for a satisfactory hostel stay. Breakfast was great, wifi was great, bed was comfy, the single room was very spacious, the cleaning of the room wasn't the best at all, staff was awesome. Immediate area is fine, Centro is filled w good restaurants

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

Gosto muito de me hospedar no CHE já o faço por diversas vezes. Sempre fui muito bem atendido e indico o CHE para sua hospedagem em FOZ, lical tranquilo, cêntrico, bom café, academia na frente que aceita gympass ou totalpass, e bo s locais para comer na redondeza.

Hotel de baixo custo e praticamente de auto atendimento. Pessoal da recepção super profissional, atenciosos, prestativos e educados. O hotel está abandonado, limpo por dentro porém as condições das janelas, tetos, mobiliário, box dos banheiros, frigobares lastimáveis. Vidros das janelas cheios de tinta, cimento, janelas que não travam ou quebradas, vazamentos de água no banheiro, teto de gesso caindo, pintura descascando, poderia ser bem melhor, foi construído e abandonado em questão de manutenção. Alugam os quartos e não fazem qualquer tipo de manutenção predial.

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício, mas podia ser melhor em algumas coisas. Os travesseiros eram muito baixos e o ar condicionado bate muito vento direto na cama. Os lençóis também tinham algum manchas. Em contrapartida, o atendimento da recepção é ótimo. Eu voltaria a me hospedar em outros hotéis da mesma rede.

Nao havia tomada 220w, o que impossibilitou a utilizacao de equipamento que nao era bivolt. Nao há estacionamento e nem parceria com empresas que ofertem este serviço. O café da manhã pode melhorar. O aspecto positivo foi a localizacao na região do centro

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O atendimento é excelente, em especial da funcionária Gabriela (recepção), muito atenciosa e disposta a ajudar, além de muito simpática. A funcionária que fica no setor de informações também presta um serviço maravilhoso e muito simpática também. As acomodações são simples, mas que nao deixam a desejar. Sem dúvidas, quando retornar, irei me hospedar novamente.
