It has the feel of a grand old resort (and I don't mean "old" in any sort of pejorative sense at all; it felt like what I imagine going on safari in a luxury lodge would have felt like in the 1800s). The facilities and the location are, for an Iguacu vacation, absolutely second to none. The staff were exemplary, the available outings everything I could ask for, and the views (we had a falls-view room) outstanding. If I'm ever to return to Iguacu, I will come here.

A truly amazing experience. The proximity to the falls is unbeatable, but even apart from that, this is a wonderful luxury hotel. The facilities and grounds are beautiful, and every staff person we encountered was friendly and attentive. We tried the breakfast and dinner buffets at the restaurant, and both were cornucopias. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This was a great experience from the moment you walk in - they greet you sit you down in a nice room - and a welcome drink and take you to your room - and it never stops - First Class Service all the way - A tremendous breakfast Buffet is include and the proximity to the falls really makes this the only option. My daughter wanted to choose this hotel and she was ecstatic when i agreed. There was a big difference is cost and i gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was the best decision I made in planning our trip to Brazil. This property everything here was a great experience.

The rooms and balcony overlooks the street so the only possible minus is some noise, but it didn't interfere with our sleep or enjoyment of the room.

We were amazed by the great service of the staffs and sophisticated breakfast. We were lucky to get upgraded to the fall view room. The overall experience was fabulous and we strongly recommend this hotel.

Every memeber of staff we had contact with were excellent, from the moment we arrived until we departed. There were so many little touches that made the stay amazing. Fantastic location in the falls, food options were great and variety of choices, all the facilities you would need.
