I loved the set up of the suite. Bedroom and bathroom in one room and the living room, kitchen and dining area in the other. The set up was really nice. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stocked cabinet for 4 people. Clean and well maintained.

Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but I would not book again. This hotel is connected with the Comfort Inn and both are in the same hotel. We were at the Extended Stay and the rooms were spacious and did the job. Bed was clean. Bathrooms need updating and kitchen didn't have any soap. A bird's nest was in our air conditioner with babies and it was a racket all night. Room 337.

We reserved a king suite and ended up in one with double beds. The rooms were spacious and overall clean. It's obviously an older hotel in need of some upgrades but it served its purpose and was overall comfortable. The beds were pretty comfortable as well as the pillows. If you're a light sleeper don't get a room with a floor above you. First night we couldn't sleep at all. Sounded like a herd of elephants coming thru the floor. The room had silverware but some of them were used and had dried rice on them so we got plastic ones from the breakfast area. The bathroom vent had a smell of smoke that would come through and subsequently the towels stacked under it smelled like cigarettes. The AC worked well and the staff was nice. The restaurant being in the same parking lot was a plus. Overall would stay again and was an easy 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium. We didn't use the shuttle but they do have one.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The bathroom was dirty, and the customer service was very disappointing. The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the way we felt treated as a group of Black guests. Despite our efforts to be friendly, interactive, and lighten the mood, he responded with short, dismissive answers and seemed uninterested in providing basic customer service. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on our experience.
