The rooms were good size with views of the city. Some rooms were smoking rooms so make sure to designate non-smoking if that is an issue. Otherwise, the facilities had a nice breakfast buffet, well known restaurant on the 5th floor famous for its dim sum and spa facilities. The staff was very helpful too. We could not have asked for more.

Breakfast was only catering for Chinese there was nothing for western people at all. I spoken to one of the restaurant mangers and told her am head chef in England, then another came and asked for any ideas to improve the service. WE had a very friendly chat about western breakfast and she took it in, and said must speak with the general Manger about this..and that's were it stop nothing happen.. came to that my last four days of my stay I don't go down for breakfast ..

The whole property was quite old. There were lots of stains in the bathroom, and felt the whole room was quite dirty. The lighting was bad. The aircon temp cannot be changed. According to the staff, the aircon temp can only be changed during winter times. I stayed there for 2 nights, the 2nd night room above us were making a lot of noise and it took the staff a while to sort it out. Overall very bad experience and would not stay here ever again.

I was very surprised that my daughter was checked and warning by the security while she’s late back to the hotel, and the tone was not friendly, and she felt it’s offended, it’s definitely not a pleasant experience. It’s our first time staying at this hotel and we were having business trip here. The hotel definitely need to do something for that!

Hotel location is great, just short walk from subway. A large mall just opposite the hotel. It was a good thing the mall has everything - food, shops and supermarket. Bfast provided could be improved. Variety is there but definitely a Hilton standard.

Great Experience

Typical Hilton hotel at a bargain price. The only negative is that you are a fair distance from Guangzhou. However, very close to metro station and easily walked with wheeled luggage.
