“Hotel rooms are good and it is in a good location. The staffs are good, except a few of them who are not properly trained to handle the bills and payment issue of the guests. Quite a few times confusion have been created for the billing part. This could have been avoided. Otherwise, it is a good hotel with a decent breakfast menu spread and a good Kitchen service. ”

I was wrongly charged for a bag of peanuts (2 euros) and the service guy who was at 23h on May 1st (don’t remeber his name) was extremely rude and have made everything to charge it even I saying I did not consume it.
