Já tinha me hospedado nesse hotel e achei maravilhoso. Novo, limpo e nada a reclamar. Voltei e foi diferente. Dessa vez achei a toalha com mancha preta. Por ser um hotel novo e caro, acho inadmissível encontrar defeitos. Pra completar um apt para duas pessoas sempre colocam dois sabonetes. Dessa vez só tinha um e já estava na saboneteira do banheiro. Café da manhã bom. Dois atendentes: Um extremamente simpático e educado. Um rapaz alto muito educado. O outro bem antipático! Parecia que não estava feliz.

Pontos positivos: hotel novo, limpo, prático, com estacionamento e bem localizado. Pontos negativos: o box do banheiro não dispõe de aparador para colocarmos os shampoos e demais produtos (precisamos coloca-los no chão); não é disponibilizada, estranhamente, toalha de rosto na pia; as toalhas de banho são finas, poderiam ser melhores.

Ótima opção em Fortaleza!

Experiência no WA Hotel foi muito boa. Hotel novo, cama boa, chuveiro ótimo, café da manhã muito bom. Parabéns ao Cícero e a Gigliane que sempre nos recebiam com um "bom dia!" e muito prestativos. Bem diferente dos dois rapazes que estavam na recepção entre 31 de dez e 1 de janeiro. Faltou cortesia.
