Local: o apto é ótimo, tem tudo, muito próximo à praia, confortável. Limpeza: Não tem! Não tem vassoura no quarto e claro que pra quem fica um tempo maior vai sofrer mais pois o fato de estarmos a pouca distância da praia sempre terá areia… Itens: a geladeira não funcionou, não tinha água quente no chuveiro no primeiro dia. Barulho o tempo todo nos outros aptos, as 3 da manhã uma bateção… risada da alta e não tem absolutamente ninguém pra quem vc possa reclamar e pedir que faça algo. Resumindo… o lugar é bom, o preço é ótimo. Porém falta um pouco mais de acompanhamento. Agora se vc não se importa com isso eu recomendo o lugar! É confortável e barato e isso que importa!

Incrível, o local bem localizado, ao redor bem tranquilo, tudo que foi prometido no anúncio foi cumprido, o local de alto padrão, tudo correu muito bem enquanto estive lá, o único problema era o wi-fi que não funcionava bem, mais não é nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Quando voltar para Fortaleza com certeza quero voltar para o flat.

Estadia em geral muito boa, local seguro, cama muito boa, passei pouco tempo na estadia, mas consegui descansar muito bem. Ar condicionado funciona bem Chuveiro nem sempre esquenta, mas fortaleza é calor então não chegou a ser um problema

Estrutura boa, mais os serviços péssimos.

Infelizmente não tem água quente no chuveiro pois o aquecimento só quando está muito sol (fiquei 6 dias e só 1 dia teve água quente). A Tv funciona via internet, mais o sinal é muito fraco não consegue assistir nada. As janelas do apartamento são de enfeite, pois se vc abrir tem muro colado nela. Apartamento tem um bom espaço e cama confortável. A região onde fica o imóvel é bem simples. (tipo comunidade), mais é bem localizada perto da praia. Outra coisa não fica ninguém no prédio, só vc e os outros hóspedes, não tem com quem falar.
