O pessoal que trabalha no Hotel são ótimos, prestativos e bem educados, fazem de tudo para vc ter uma ótima estadia. Mas o hotel esta precisando de bastante cuidado, esta bem desorganizado, jardim mal cuidado, banheiro sem janela, roupa não seca, cheiro não sai, porta do banheiro só fecha na porrada, café da manha deixa a desejar, cama sem lençol de elastico, então vc dorme direto no colchão

Barulho de musica ao vivo até as 4 da manhã por ser em frente as barracas da praia. A entrada do estacionamento é péssima. Limpeza muito ruim e tive que pedir para trocar de quarto por conta do mau cheiro de umidade. Café da manhã é ótimo e o atendimento também.

Não explicaram direito o período de estadia, a gente falou que queria sair meia-noite quando foi um dia antes meu dia tinha encerrado a estadia aí cobraram mais meia diária. O quarto com infiltração TV deu problema. Desta vez não foi muito boa estadia.

total decepção

Razoável, ótima localização apesar da praia não ter segurança para andar a noite. Hotel deixa muito a desejar, solicitei quarto com cama de casal e a que foi oferecida era dois colchões em péssimas condições de uso que foram juntado os dois para formar uma cama de casal, não oferece shampoo tinha apenas um recipiente com água, o chuveiro estava mal regulado a ducha jogava água em direção a parede. o lixo era minusculo. a tampa do vaso era menor e toda vez que utilizava ela ficava totalmente desconfortável, sem dizer o mal cheiro do quarto, os travesseiros tivemos que solicitar outros, a coberta oferecida era de péssima qualidade e com furos, no primeiro dia ainda a TV não funcionava. O que tinha de ponto positivo era o atendimento e a alimentação tanto o café da manhã como o almoço eram divinos.

Excelente Custo benefício

Equipe de atendimento excelente e muito prestativa. Ótimos profissionais! Fomos bem recebidos e solicitamos o check in antecipado. Mesmo com a baixa temporada é cobrado um valor a parte, mas para nós valeu a pena. Super indico, pois a localização é perfeita para quem deseja curtir as praias, principalmente a do Futuro. Próximo ao centro, restaurantes de beira de praia e mercados.
