Hotel novo (3 anos), tudo em perfeito estado. Equipe super atenciosa e simpática, especialmente da limpeza. Cama King, confortável. Quarto de fundos perde pela vista. Ótimo café da manhã, sempre com opções proteicas e para quem tem restrição ao gluten (Mandioca, batata doce, pão de queijo).

Hotel bom, porém recepção muito abaixo.

O check-in foi uma experiência bastante negativa. A atendente da recepção foi debochada e pouco receptiva. Um ponto muito ruim é que o hotel não possui vagas de estacionamento suficientes para todos os hóspedes. Nas três vezes em que solicitei uma vaga, nunca havia disponibilidade. Ou seja, se você pretende ir de carro, recomendo procurar outro hotel, pois ele está localizado em uma avenida movimentada, com poucas opções de estacionamento ao redor. Por outro lado, o hotel é novo e o quarto superior é confortável. No entanto, acredito que a administração poderia investir mais no treinamento e no bem-estar dos funcionários. Muitas pessoas planejam suas viagens por anos, e é decepcionante chegar ao destino e ser tratado com descaso.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedades. Funcionários super atenciosos. Um excelente custo beneficio. O único ponto negativo foi que meu voo era às 23:00. Então, pagiei mais meia diária pra ficar até às 20:00, mas eles só deixaram ficar até às 18:00. Mas deve ser regra da empresa.
