Hotel simples, com preço acessível porem sem elevador, internet sofrível. Pedi um travesseiros extra, e fui informada que não havia. Pedi um edredon, pois as camas só tinham lençol e fui informada que só havia um edredom no hotel e o mesmo já tinha sido disponibilizado para ouro hospede. No dia seguinte me forneceram o edredom( o único do hotel)!!!!

O hotel deixa a desejar no quesito atenção dos funcionários, pois reclamei de uma acama que estava estregada e só fui atendida quando fiz uma segunda reclamação para outro funcionário no dia seguinte. O café da manhã é no hotel ao lado e não gostei do ambiente, muito "abafado". Nos quartos não há copos ou qualquer informação sobre a comunicação com a recepção ou quanto ao uso do telefone. Ao realizar o check-out, fui cobrada por uma ligação que não realizei e não souberem me informar nada sobre ela (horário, duração, número chamado....), apenas a data e eu nem tinha dado entrada no quarto ainda, mesmo assim, tive que fazer uma declaração. No geral, não gostei e não indico o hotel.

Gostei muito da estadia, perto do shop central e feirinha de artesanato, café bom, quarto aconchegante, porem faltou uma colcha ou cobertor, só tinha um lençol bem fininho forrado na cama, ao solicitar uma colcha mais grossa, me deram um outro lençol de soteiro mais fino ainda, isso tem que ser revisto ok? no demais tudo foi ótimo.

Vantagem. Hotel próximo da praia e do comércio.

Limpeza nota: 0, café nota: 3, atendimento nota: 3 Cama não confortável com um horrível colchão, quarto com muito inseto como: barata, pernilongo e formigas... Fora que na hora do café tumultuava, por atender os dois hotéis ao mesmo tempo em um pequeno salão. Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois o que estávamos havia vazamento no banheiro com um fedor horrível!! Feliz ficávamos quando saiamos para conhecer a Cidade Linda que é Fortaleza. É isso Obrigada.
