They location is great and have a good breakfast. The hotel is old and have a lot of wear and tear. Our AC didn’t cool down the room very well a couple things broke while we were there, but they were quick to fix them. The curtain was awful and let a lot of sunlight in the room.

A recepção e seus funcionários foram excelentes e atenciosos em tudo. Fui recebido com muita cordialidade, gentileza e com um sorriso no rosto. O quarto me surpreendeu pelo tamanho, bastante amplo e espaçoso. O banheiro também é grande e funcional. Apenas senti falta de itens comuns em outros hotéis de mesma categoria: máquina de café e cápsulas de café no quarto, garrafas de água de boas vindas ou uma garrafa de água por dia. A TV também não era smart, e os canais por assinatura deixaram a desejar. O melhor seria se eu pudesse conectar meu smartphone à tevê. Com relação ao café da manhã, achei tudo muito simples, e a equipe um pouco inexperiente. Se havia disponibilidade de se pedir omelete e tapioca, por exemplo, por qual motivo isso não era nem divulgado e, quando pedi um omelete, ele demorou para vir e não estava à altura do que eu esperava? Uma pena. Mas no geral, o café da manhã é bom.
