Nice hotel. Rooms are beautiful, however you can hear whats above / below or next to you - just hope you dont get a screaming child. This child also screamed most of the time in pool and as its a courtyard it just echoed. I dont think this hotel is built for children. The aircon also made a huge noise (played the recording for them) I couldnt sleep first night. Moving me downstairs was better. Its a 40min drive to Fortaleza town but more convenient for Beach Park. Dining options arent great. Breakfast at the hotel is basic.

Simplesmente PERFEITO!!! Vivemos dias incríveis no hotel. Desde a nossa chegada, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Junior. Muito simpático, educado, atendimento nota mil! O hotel é LINDO! A decoração e paisagismo, perfeitos! E o cheirinho? Inesquecível. Os apartamentos são lindos, amplos, cama maravilhosa, chuveiro ótimo, super forte. O shampoo, condicionador e sabonete, além de super cheirosos, são de ótima qualidade, pois deixaram nossos cabelos lindos, cheirosos e sedosos! A piscina é linda, só é muito gelada... Para o hotel ser perfeito dos perfeitos, falta a piscina ser aquecida, ter um pimbolim no salão de jogos (que só tem uma mesa de sinuca com um taco...a área merece um carinho especial). O parquinho podia ter mais opções também, é bem básico. A academia apesar de pequena, supre as necessidades de um treino durante a hospedagem. Café da manhã é bom, e podemos fazer pedido na hora de cuscuz, tapioca, omelete, queijo coalho. O atendimento da equipe é nota mil. O Daniel, Breno, Noé, Glaucia, todos sempre bem atenciosos. Ambiente confortável e agradável para curtir com a família e amigos. O café da manhã é o ponto alto, pela qualidade e variedade. O restaurante do hotel é aberto ao público e serve refeições durante o dia todo. Porém o serviço deixa a desejar, sendo muito demorado e burocrático (por exemplo não foi possível abrir contas separadas para 4 famílias que estavam juntas). Alem disso, os preços são altos, apesar da apresentação dos pratos ser boa, o sabor deixou a desejar. No último dia descobrimos um restaurante muito bom chamado Absoluto, né próximo ao hotel, com cardápio grande, comida excelente e preços muito justos. O quarto do hotel é bastante confortável. O único problema foi que a água quente do chuveiro estava sem funcionar durante dois dos quatro dias que estivemos hospedados, o que foi bastante incômodo tomar banho de água fria após retornar de um dia no Beach Park. No geral, a experiência foi boa, pretendemos retornar no futuro. Uma boa opção para quem vai curtir o Beach Park (Uber por menos de R$ 10,00) e demais atrações da região, sem se hospedar dentro do complexo do parque.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, quartos amplos e confortáveis, restaurante muito bom. Tenho 2 reclamações, atendimento da recepção não é bom, WhatsApp também não é bom demoram muito a responder. Academia não é boa, muito pequena com poucos aparelhos, falta pouca coisa para ser um excelente hotel, precisam fazer esses ajustes.
