Hotel falido, compromete férias de hospedes.

Péssima. Falta de comprometimento com os hóspedes. Funcionários mal educados, despreparados para executar seu mister. Falta de água a toalhas; serviço de limpeza inexistente; café da manhã decepcionante, você espera 20 minutos para pedir um tapioca. A rede Hotels.com tem que retirar, imediatamente, a indicação desse estabelecimento de sua plataforma.

Péssimo atendimento

Primeiro q chegamos não tinha toalhas no quarto, fui a recepção disseram q não tinha toalha no hotel inteiro e não demostraram nada de preocupação. Passamos dois dias com um toalha de rosto, até q um sr q fica nos corredores conseguiu uma toalha só. Atendimento dos funcionários péssimo! Tirando as moças q nos recebem na entrada do café da manhã, e as 2 camareiras, e o o rapaz q faz o checkout. O restante péssimo atendimento. Não recomendo o hotel diária cara e atendimento péssimo!

Hotel é uma catástrofe! Quarto sujo, frigobar vazio, 1h esperando pelo checkin (alegando demora do hotéis.com) e quartos sem toalhas! Quando solicitamos toalhas de banho e rosto, Trouxeram lençóis pois as toalhas acabaram…tudo isso p 500,00 a diária! Absurdo

Esperava algo melhor.

A localização do hotel é excelente, porém a limpeza não é muito boa, solicitei limpeza do quarto e não fui atendido. O ar condicionado pelo cheiro que soltava, a muito tempo não foi higienizado. Ponto positivo para o café da manhã e para o restaurante do hotel, ótimas pizzas e refeições muito bem preparadas.

Piscina suja e nao tem pao de queijo no café

O hotel é bom, porem falta muito para ser um 4 estrelas. A piscina imunda, isso msm, nos 5 dias que fiquei no hotel a piscina esteve suja. O cafe é bom, porem nao tem o principal: pao de queijo, nunca vi cafe de hotel sem pao de queijo. Tirando isso foi uma boa estadia.

Bom, mas pode ser melhor.

As únicas coisas que acho que podem melhorar: 1- atendimento na recepção/check-in; 2- chuveiro do banheiro da suíte, quase não saia água dele. No mais, o hotel atendeu perfeitamente às minhas expectativas.

Ótima localização e bom atendimento, mas as instalações precisam de renovação. Os revestimentos estão estragados no restaurante e banheiro do quarto. Os móveis também estão antigos. A cama é boa, mas o chuveiro não esquentou.

No geral, não retornarei para o mesmo hotel.

O hotel teve um problema com o sistema deles, e acabei que esperando horas na recepção para poder ter acesso ao quarto, depois que se chega cansado e enfadado você só que descansar.. Apesar de ter split na recepção, ainda assim estava quente e acabou que as horas de espera para fazer o chek-in se tornou mais desagradável ainda.. E as horas que fiquei aguardando para entrar que foram 3 horas e meia, só foi revertida em 2 horas a mais no final do chekout e ainda assim apenas pq eu insisti para ser pelo menos acrescentado no final da estadia.. E só me responderam se era possível no dia seguinte quando insistir um posicionamento sobre o pedido ..

Bom, em primeiro lugar o hotel nunca tem 4 estrelas. Se chega a 2 já é muito. Vamos lá: chuveiro chega máximo de morna para frio, depende da hora que você usa. Vazo sanitário: não da descarga Limpeza do quarto: as vezes funciona e as vezes não. Não tem lençóis de coberto. Ar-condicionado: barulhento Café de manhã: Falta muitas coisas simples como manteiga, pão francês, suco. As mesas sujo e ninguém se importa limpar. Hotel: velho e acabado… falta cuidar! Área da picina: falta Manutenção nçāo No geral: hotel caro que vale nem metade do preço
