Pool area and restaurant are in excellent condition and well designed. Food was superb!! Beds were on the harder side, but room was clean and spacious. Accommodating staff, definitely recommend!

Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout.

Nice stay

Very nice hotel with good service and nice gym with equipment for training all body. Unfortunately my room was at the main floor in front of the swimming pool and i get a lot of noisy. I will back but only in room far to the swimming pool

Hotel com um bom custo benefício.

O hotel tem uma estética incrível, você se sente em um resort em meio à natureza abundante. A academia traz aparelhos novos e de qualidade, o que surpreende por ser um hotel. A localização é próxima à praia, porém a rua não é muito amigável para se andar à noite, exigindo o uso do Uber (considere no orçamento!). Quanto à estrutura, os corredores são largos, mas as paredes dos quartos são finíssimas, acordei diversas vezes na madrugada simplesmente porque as pessoas passavam no corredor conversando, e isso me incomodou demais. Em resumo, foi um bom custo-benefício.

Duas coisas incríveis, resto ruim.

Localização não é tão próximo das praias. NO Checkout tinha duas comandas somando mais de 350 reais na minha conta que não foram consumidas por meu quarto. Meia hora depois conferido assinatura por assinatura descobriram que eram de outros quartos (bem desorganizado isso). Piscina maravilhosa e jacuzzi incrível. A beleza do local é incrível. Os quartos tem lençóis de casais, mas apenas coberto de solteiro. Sim, eles me disseram na recepção que só tinha cobertor de solteiro. A sensação que deu é que pra forçar você não usar ar condicionado, só usam cobertor de solteiro. Assim, se vc quiser dormir no mesmo cobertor com sua companhia não terá jeito, vai ter que desligar o ar e usar o lençol. Achei bem estranho isso. Aluguei carro e o hotel não tem estacionamento. Eles sugerem vc usar o do pão de açúcar ao lado. Que só funciona das 8 as 22h após isso vc não tem como usar o carro e ainda lá cobra 70 a diária. Em resumo o hotel no quesito limpeza, piscina é maravilhoso. O que estraga: falta de cobertor de casal, falta de estacionamento, falta de um sistema de comanda de consumo adequado para evitar lançamentos indevidos, isso é chato e aborrece. Não voltaria.

Novíssimo

Hotel estalando de novo, equipe extremamente simpática e atenciosa. Deixaram ficar no restaurante para trabalhar mesmo fora de horário. Café-da-manhã maravilhoso e c inúmeras opções sem gluten/lactose p os chatos. O estacionamento é um pouco incômodo para quem está de carro (R$70 e com limitações), mas já sabia disso de antemão. Quem está de Uber/sem carro fica perfeito. Recomendo DEMAIS!!

Tudo de muito bom gosto.

O hotel é um charme. Toda a estrutura é super aconchegante, com decoração rústica e cheia de verde. A área externa da piscina um plus de tudo. Amei an academia também, muito bem equipada e 24h. Café da manhã razoável, não gostei das tapiocas. Achei o quarto apertado, ruim para guardar mala, mas demos um jeito. Ficaria novamente porque os pontos positivos foram muito maiores.

Hotel de qualidade e com excelente atendimento.

Ficamos 4 dias no Pauli. Gostei muito da academia (a mais completa que já vi em um hotel), da área da piscina, do café da manhã e do chuveiro. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Em nenhum dia foi realizada a reposição dos sabonetes do banheiro, nem trocadas as roupas de cama. As áreas comuns do hotel não têm um cheiro agradável. Por fim, considero a estadia de qualidade, apesar da limpeza que precisa melhorar. Destaco o atendimento de todos os funcionários, sempre muito solícitos e gentis, principalmente os atendentes do restaurante, Carlos e Adriano, que nos deram excelente tratamento.
