Nice hotel, our second time there. Convenient 2 bedrooms /2 baths for family or friends . But for the seco t time, one of the elevators were down, which is very inconvenient. The building will need some renovations in the near future .

Reservei o hotel duas diárias com café da manhã que é mais caro. E na hora do café da manhã fui constrangida várias vezes na frente de amigos, e o público. Na entrada do restaurante, durante o café da manhã e na saída do restaurante tive que chamar o responsável pra resolver, tiver que abrir meu ímpio e monstra a comprar pra ficar em paz. Mais o pior é a vergonha todo mundo olhando, nunca passei por isso e fiquei em tempo de morrer de vergonha. Pra me foi muito constrangedor, desconfortável e incômodo. Fiquei passando mal, com falta de ar. Se não fosse meu marido pra me acalmar tinha vindo embora na mesma hora, não presciso tá passando por isso. Dou uma pessoa honesta e digna do meu dinheiro,

Hotel envelhecido, quarto com portas descascando, ar condicionado caindo, muito barulhento e antigo, assim como os utensílios do banheiro e do quarto em geral. Elevadores velhos e com defeito, os botões não funcionam e por vezes não param nos andares. Restaurante com poucas opções e algumas até duvidosas. Não condiz com a bandeira Mercure, me parece até que algumas pessoas residem no hotel, não entendi bem isso. Além disso efetuaram uma cobrança a menos na minha achegada e tive que pagar a diferença no check-out, complicando a emissão da NF. únicos pontos positivos: Localização e funcionários atenciosos. Experiência geral péssima.

Obras de remodelacão barata

O Hotel esta com obras de remodelacao, patamares com metade da pintura que nao é cuidadosa, as ceramicas da casa de banho pintadas mas com fraca qualidade, a imagem que apresentam no site deve ser antiga porque o aspeto exterior está pessimo, nao tinham toalha de piscina. Roupa da cama boa, colchao bom, toalhas fracas, interruptores e tomas cpm vestigios da pintura, as estruturas dss portas velhas e mal pintadas.

Ficamos em um quarto família velho, com BARATAS que fizemos fotos e mostramos para recepção. Trocaram nosso quarto para um menor mas mas novo. No outro dia na garagem o hotel não tem controle de entrada e saída e nosso carro ficou preso por um hóspede que travou o veículo e saiu do hotel com a chave.

Boa localização e muito confortável.

Hotel confortavel e bem localizado. As instalações não são novas, mas é tudo limpo e observa-se que está em reforma para requalificação geral. O café da manhã tem boas opçoes e o staff bastante atencioso. Não tive problema em entrar antes do horário do check-in. Sugiro rever as portas dos quartos que fazem bastante barulho para fechar. A piscina está bem escondida e merece uma atenção a mais por parte do hotel.

Pequenos Problemas com a manutenção predial

Eu e a minha família tivemos uma boa experiência no Hotel Mercure. Todavia o hotel está precisando de manutenção predial, pois apenas um elevador estava funcionando, causando tumulto na hora do café da manhã. Os corredores do 7º andar estavam escuros e as paredes sujas. A área da piscina está precisando de limpeza e manutenção - as cedeiras estão velhas e quebradas. O frigobar do quarto que nos hospedamos - 707, estava com a porta quebrada, caía sempre que abríamos. No mais, o quarto é bem confortável, limpo e cheiroso. Feitos pequenos ajustes, o Hotel Mercure é certamente um ótimo local para nos hospedarmos com a família.
