The only thing wasn't like was around outside front areas of the hotel, looks like city garbage collection places don't make a good job and smell very bad. Anything else for me , the best retirement ambient for it. Very nice and helpful staff and locals. Best beach view, very good hotel breakfast and food on locals restaurants around the hotel.

Noise from neighbours room through interconnecting

Apart hotel and a lot of the good view rooms are the apartments privately owned. I know this as I tried to chnage room as our neighbours were quite loud and there was a interconnecting locked door between both rooms. Which lets in a load of noise. I wish the hotels would say this when you choose a room as it would put me off staying there.

Para começar o hotel é antigo demais.. o quarto que fiquei, escolhi superior para ficar em um quarto melhor, mas não adiantou, tudo é antigo, a porta, os móveis, o chuveiro tinha vida própria, esquentava e esfriava sozinho, as instalações todas antigas. A fechadura da porta do quarto não funcionava e pra piorar tinha uma porta de madeira na sala que parecia interligada ao quarto ao lado. Me senti super insegura, a noite não dormia bem preocupada de alguém entrar no quarto. Infelizmente não me senti segura em momento algum. O espaço do quarto é ok, mas precisa de uma reforma urgente! O café da manhã foi o pior de todos os hotéis que já me hospedei. Parece café de pousada pequena, o local todo cheio de mofo, com ar condicionado desligado e antigo, café super precário. A única coisa que achei sensacional foi a parte da piscina, a piscina é gigante, muito bem cuidada, limpa e linda. Algo positivo é a localização do hotel, fica bem pertinho do centrinho que dá pra ir andando a noite é bem legal. De resto falta uma reforma top no hotel. Apesar de ter me sentido insegura eu acredito que ficaria lá de novo. Quem sabe..

POSITIVO: O hotel é bem localizado, fica pertinho da vila, bem acessível. Tem uma piscina bem grande e bacana. É liberado a entrada de bebidas e comidas no hotel e piscina. O hotel fica à beira mar. O local é limpo. NEGATIVO: O café da manhã bem limitado (opções) o salão onde servia era quentee. Pedimos uma omelete, veio uma tapioca depois de 30 minutos. Pedimos lençóis e travesseiros extras e não tinha, foi preciso o funcionário pegar em outro quarto.

O bom do Hotel é sua localização. Pé na areia, perto de restaurantes de praia e bem próximo do centrinho de Cumbuco onde tem muita opção comer de a noite. Área da piscina boa, mas sem opção de serviço em dias que não são final de semana ou feriados. Mas Hotel precisa de mais cuidado. A equipe é pequena e não dá conta se o hotel fica mais cheio. Salão do Café da Manhã pequeno, resultando em fila de espera. E limpeza das partes comuns pode melhorar. Quartos e instalações bem desgastadas e na hora já de uma reforma. O fato do Hotel funcionar em paralelo com quartos e apartamentos de temporada, contribui para o estado atual em que se encontra.
