Trying to provide

We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for. After that everything was wonderful.

O local é bem bonito, organizando e limpo. O café da manhã é muito completo, variado e muito saboroso. A hospedagem é pé na areia, a praia é bem privativa. No geral foi muito bom, fui comemorar meu aniversário com minha família. Gostaria de deixar como sugestão, a propriedade, deveria investir em atrações\ atrativos para os hóspedes a noite, como por exemplo um lual, ou música ao vivo MPB , voz e violão... Tenho certeza que os hóspedes iriam amar , a propriedade é bem grande e deveria aproveitar melhor o seu espaço o período da noite.

Minha experiência no hotel foi razoável, com pontos positivos e outros que deixaram a desejar. O café da manhã é bem servido, com boa variedade, sendo um dos pontos altos da estadia. No entanto, o ar-condicionado do quarto era fraco, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto, principalmente por conta do calor que era bem perceptível. A localização também não é das mais práticas, pois fica um pouco distante do centro e em uma área mais isolada. Durante o período em que estive hospedada, o mar em frente ao hotel estava bastante agitado, o que impossibilitou aproveitar a praia para banho. O atendimento na recepção foi mediano não chega a ser ruim, mas também não se destacou em atenção ou acolhimento. No último dia de estadia, o ar-condicionado simplesmente não funcionou, o que gerou uma situação bem desagradável. Havia muitas, muitas muriçocas no quarto, tornando praticamente impossível dormir. No geral, é um hotel que atende parcialmente, mas precisa melhorar em conforto e experiência do hóspede.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é extremamente limpo e organizado e a recepção foi um destaque à parte: equipe muito gentil, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar. O único ponto negativo é a ausência de televisão no quarto, o que faz falta principalmente em dias de chuva ou quando não é possível sair. Ainda assim, foi uma experiência muito positiva e eu com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Comprei pra presentear meu sobrinho para lua-de-mel. Falei com eles e disseram que foi maravilhoso. Só fiquei triste, pois entrei em contato com o hotel e falei que seria uma reserva para lua de mel, e me falaram que fariam uma decoração diferenciada, e não foi feito. Acho que teria sido um mimo do hotel carinhoso para com os hóspedes. E se não é possível fazer, não falem. Mas no resto foi tudo bem.

O hotel no geral é bom, poderia ser incrível, mas está mal cuidado. A praia é ótima, a disposição dos quartos, todos com vista para o mar, tb é muito legal. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O quarto é espaçoso, mas está sem manutenção há algum tempo. O frigobar detonado, todo enferrujado, a porta nem fechava direito. A cortina do quarto, além de feia e velha, toda marcada com manchas de ferrugem, por conta da porta do quarto, que com a maresia está com a madeira e as ferragens bem corroídas. Para ter uma ideia, o nosso quarto nem precisaria de chave, pq a fechadura não funciona, saíamos e a porta ficava aberta, pq não tinha como fechar. Café da manhã bem fraco, com disponibilidade de fazer pedidos de omeletes e tapiocas na cozinha, porém os funcionários deixavam claro que era apenas um item por hóspede, nunca vi esse tipo de limitação em outros hotéis. Enfim, o hotel tem tudo para ser ótimo, mas eu não pretendo voltar.

Quarto é ótimo mas a fechadura estava enferrujada é difícil uso da chave . O hotel é muito bom e com ótimo potencial porém a equipe precisa urgentemente de treinamento. Desde a recepção até serviço do café e bar na piscina . Tivemos na piscina e não fica ninguém próximo para pedidos, necessitando deslocamento do hóspede atrás do rapaz do bar da piscina . Deixamos o drink final da tarde na espreguiçadeira e de manhã na hora do almoço o copo ainda estava lá como outros . Na chegada, não houve alguém encaminhando ao quarto e tínhamos crianças e malas . No café da manhã, fomos pedir uma tapioca e o rapaz informou que só poderia solicitar da cozinha ( tapioca sala gado ou doce ou omelete ) pq somente teria direito a um pedido da cozinha . A diária não é barata e este valor espera-se um tratamento diferente do que se vê, além de um café da manhã mais completo e diversificado. Os bolos não eram caseiros , e sim pareciam de caixa . Repito, o hotel é estrutura é lindo e com potencial mas escutem críticas construtivas para evoluir e dar ao cliente o que ele merece compatível ao investimento da diária , até pq ligadas de menor tarifa nunca restringiu tapioca em nenhum lugar do Ceará .

Wir waren eine Woche im August als zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern in der Vila Marola. Die Unterkunft ist in traumhafter Lage direkt am Kitestrand gelegen, dort hatte es jeden Tag Starkwind und schöne Wellen. Ungefähr ein Kilometer windabwärts liegt eine Lagune als Flachwasser-Freestyle Spot. Die Eigentümer der Anlage kommen aus Litauen und sind selbst passionierte Kitesurfer und für Sie ist die Anlage kein reines Investment sondern ein Liebhaberobjekt und Sie behandeln die Gäste wie langjährige gute Freunde. Sie haben uns zum Beispiel unser steckengebliebenes Beachbuggy mit Ihrem Pick-Up aus dem Sand gezogen und uns eine Kitebar geliehen als wir unsere verloren hatten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Essen war sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Minha primeira estadia no hotel foi em 2021 e tive uma experiência excelente! O hotel é muito bom, os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e tudo é de muita qualidade. Naquela ocasião, fiquei encantada. Voltei agora em julho e, infelizmente, senti que o hotel está um pouco sem os mesmos cuidados. Ao chegar na sexta-feira, a piscina estava com pouca água, suja e com lodo. No sábado, fizeram a limpeza e melhorou um pouco. A hidromassagem estava muito fraca, mal dava para perceber que estava ligada. Outro ponto negativo foi que, no momento da reserva, deixei uma mensagem com algumas observações importantes, mas ao chegar percebi que nenhuma delas foi levada em consideração — e, na verdade, tudo aconteceu ao contrário do que pedi. Mesmo assim, não fiz questão de reclamar. Por outro lado, um ponto muito positivo é que o hotel é pet friendly: os pets têm livre acesso e não há cobrança adicional pela estadia deles, o que valorizo muito. Apesar de alguns pontos negativos nesta última visita, ainda gosto muito do hotel, recomendo e pretendo voltar.

O hotel, com sua estrutura, tem tudo para ser espetacular, mas diversas pequenas questões fizeram com que a experiência tivesse perdido qualidade. É sabido que a região venta muito, mas a estrutura de paletas nas portas faz com que uive dentro do quarto de madrugada, sendo difícil de dormir, além de deixar entrar luz. Peças quebradas no quarto, banheiro sem varal, café da manhã apenas regular, atendimento que parecia ainda em treinamento.

A estadia em si, foi excelente, quartos espaçosos, limpos, funcionários simpatiacos, estrutura do hotel excelente, praia na frente ótima, contudo, a comida do restaurante é péssima, com excessão do Café da Manhã que era muito bom, mas almoço e jantar não foi legal. Em contra partida a cidade não tem estrutura para receber turista. Restaurantes fracos e sem opção.
